Consumate crude, aceastea sunt foarte recomandate atat pentru consumul zilnic, dar si in dietele pentru slabit. Desi sunt satioase, ele au un continut scazut de calorii si, consumate in cantitati reduse, aduc un aport optim de vitamine, minerale si fibre pentru organism.\u00a0<!--more--><\/p>\n<h1>Ce contin nucile si semintele ?<\/h1>\n<p>Aceste tipuri de alimente sunt recunoscute pentru potentialul lor nutritiv. Acizi grasi esentiali omega 3, magneziu, zinc, fier, cupru, dar si proteine si vitamine &#8211; toate acestea intra in componenta lor. Iata care sunt principalele 6 categorii de nutrienti continute de nuci si seminte:<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/planteea.ro\/blog\/omega-3-beneficii-proprietati-doza-de-administrare\/\">Citeste aici si despre Beneficiile acizilor grasi Omega 3.<\/a><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><strong>Proteine <\/strong>\u200b- proteinele se regasesc in semintele de dovleac si in semintele de floarea soarelui si au beneficii care se manifesta la nivelul sistemului cardiovascular, reducand gradul de colesterol; in plus, previn cancerul.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Vitamine<\/strong> &#8211; atat nucile cat si semintele contin diverse categorii de vitamine; astfel, semintele de susan sunt bogate in vitamina B1, cele de floarea soarelui contin vitamina E, la fel ca si cele de canepa.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Minerale &#8211; <\/strong>\u200bsemintele de susan si de floarea soarelui detin necesarul zilnic de minerale. Consumul lor are efecte antiinflamatorii si anticangerigene.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Fibre &#8211;<\/strong>\u200bsemintele de floarea soarelui contin fibre, ca si <a href=\"https:\/\/www.planteea.ro\/seminte-pt-consum\/seminte-chia\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">semintele de Chia<\/a>. Acestea se digera usor si dau energie.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Amino-acizi<\/strong> &#8211; semintele de in, dar si nucile romanesti sunt o sursa bogata de acizi grasi omega 3, prevenind imbolvirea sistemului osos si proetejand sistemul cardiovascular, prin reducerea presiunii arteriale si prin mentinerea flexibilitatii vaselor de sange.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Magneziu<\/strong> &#8211; nucile sunt surse foarte bune de magneziu, iar studiile au aratat ca opt nuci pe zi reduc sansele de aparitie a atacului vascular cerebral.
