Este considerata un supliment nutritiv in perioada de crestere, dar si o sursa ideala de proteine vegetale.<\/span><!--more--><\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ce contine spirulina:<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La inceput, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.planteea.ro\/spirulina\/\">spirulina<\/a> s-a gasit doar in lacurile alcaline din America Centrala si de Sud, dar si in Africa. Aceasta a fost consumata in doze mari, i s-au observat beneficiile, iar de secole intregi calitatile, cat si siguranta alimentara i-au fost confirmate. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In proportie de 60-70% spirulina contine proteine pure, mai mult decat poate contine orice carne de pui sau de vita. Spirulina contine toti cei opt aminoacizi esentiali care ajuta organismul sa functioneze in mod optim: izoleucina, leucina, lizina, metionina, fenil-alanina, treonina, triptofanul si valina.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">De asemenea, spirulina contine si alti nutrienti valorosi pentru organism printre care: acid gama-linoleic care are capacitatea de a reduce colesterolul rau, ficocianina (substanta care poate inhiba formarea cancerului de colon), acid arahidonic, vitamina B12, clorofila, fier acizi nucleici ARN si ADN, vitamina D, E, K, calciu, cupru, iod, crom, fosfor, magneziu, potasiu, seleniu si zinc.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Cum se consuma spirulina:<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In magazinele de specialitate, spirulina se gaseste sub forma de comprimate, capsule si sub forma de pudra, praf, fulgi. Ca si mod de administrare, spirulina este recomandata de preferinta dimineata, inainte cu 30 de minute de consumul oricaror bauturi racoritoare sau cafea deoarece acestea pot distruge o parte dintre nutrientii spirulinei. Curele de spirulina nu trebuie sa fie mai lungi de maximum 3 luni, cu pauze de 15 sau chiar 30 de zile intre ele. Este recomandat un consum regulat de apa, de minim 2 litri pe zi, chiar un litru de apa in plus zilnic pentru a permite absorbtia nutrientilor.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Spirulina este recomandata pentru toata lumea, chiar si pentru copii incepand cu varsta de 3 ani. Este considerata un supliment nutritiv in perioada de crestere, dar si o sursa ideala de proteine vegetale.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Beneficiile spirulinei<\/span><\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><b>Intareste sistemul imunitar<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. Nutrientii din compozitia spirulinei ajuta la functionarea optima a organismului intarind sistemul imunitar;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><b>Amelioreaza mai multe tipuri de afectiuni.<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Consumul regulat de spirulina va ajuta in combaterea virozelor respiratorii, impiedica dezvoltarea virusilor si datorita efectului antibiotic ajuta organismul sa lupte cu infectiile;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><b>Protejeaza ficatul.<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Consumul de spirulina reface celulele hepatice si ii ofera ficatului o cantitate ridicata de proteine si vitamine. Este recomandata si in tratamentele cirozei hepatice sau in hepatitele cronice;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><b>Detoxifica organismul.<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Spirulina elimina metalele grele din organism si este un ajutor eficient chiar si in cazul otravirii cu arsenic;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><b>Trateaza anemia<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. Datorita continutului de nutrienti, spirulina este recomandata si in cazul organismelor anemice. Trateaza deficientele de calciu si fier;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><b>Protejeaza stomacul. <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Spirulina contribuie in mod direct la neutralizarea acidului gastric deoarece are un continut bogat de proteine, clorofila si vitamine. Ajuta la imbunatatirea digestiei si poate vindeca mai multe tipuri de afectiuni ale stomacului, printre care si ulcerul;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><b>Trateaza candida.<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Datorita proprietatilor antimicrobiene, spirulina elimina bacteriile din organism si ajuta la dezvoltarea florei bacteriene sanatoase;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><b>Mentine pielea sanatoasa.<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Spirulina protejeaza pielea de efectele nocive ale factorilor externi si ii mentine eleasticitatea;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><b>Regleaza hormonii<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. Spirulina regleaza productia de hormoni tiroidieni, insulina si corticosteroizi. Este de ajutor si pentru tratarea impotentei si fragiditatii;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><b>Contribuie la prevenirea cancerului<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. Consumul de spirulina ajuta la producerea de anticorpi care lupta impotriva mai multor tipuri de infectii. Previne aparitia bolilor cronice precum cancerul.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><b>Ajuta in curele de slabire<\/b>. Datorita nutrientilor din compozitie, spirulina ajuta la pierderea in greutate si la arderea grasimilor. Este o alternativa sanatoasa prin care ii oferi organismului cantitatea necesara de nutrienti.
