Contine substante nutritive care sunt usor de asimilat de catre tractul digestiv si totodata este bogat in calciu, enzime, clorofila si vitamina E.<\/span><!--more--><\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Top 5 beneficii ale orzului verde<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Consumat sub forma de suc, pudra, proaspat sau capsule, orzul verde contine substante nutritive usor acceptate de catre organism, dar si enzime esentiale. Culoarea orzului este data de clorofila, substanta care permite plantelor sa faca fotosinteza, produsul chimic care face si ca iarba sa fie verde. Cum poti consuma orz verde? Se poate consuma fie sub forma de suc din plante proaspete, ori capsule cu roz verde sau pudra de orz. Sucul se amesteca in apa sau suc, se agita bine si se consuma imediat. Se poate adauga o lingurita de pudra si in smoothie-uri sau fresh-uri din fructe. Se pot consuma pana la trei lingurite de doua ori pe zi.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3>Orzul verde are rol antioxidant<\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Orzul verde contine o cantitate ridicata de antioxidanti. &nbsp;Este o sursa bogata de enzime care poate ajuta la neutralizarea efectelor radicalilor liberi ai oxigenului produsi in timpul metabolismului energetic. Orzul verde are rol de protectie si impiedica dezvoltarea anumitor afectiuni cauzate de stresul oxidativ. <\/span><\/p>\n<h3><b>Are efect detoxifiant<\/b><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Orzul verde are un efect puternic detoxifiant. Este eficient in eliminarea metalelor grele acumulate care pot duce la tulburari de comportament si de invatare, in special pentru copii. Principalii compusi despre care vorbim sunt: zincul, seleniu, cuprul si oligoelementele. De asemenea, datorita continutului de clorofila si beta caroten sunt eliminate deseuri precum mucusul si acizii cristalizati. <\/span><\/p>\n<h3><b>Orzul verde imbunatateste starea de sanatate a pielii<\/b><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Datorita faptului ca este o sursa bogata de seleniu, orzul verde poate avea un rol semnificativ in imbunatatirea starii de sanatate a pielii. Contine antioxidanti, vitamine si minerale, care ajuta la o piele sanatoasa si curata. Zincul din compozitia orzului verde favorizeaza vindecarea ranilor pielii si poate reduce leziunile sau problemele pielii. Orzul verde poate reduce si acneea si poate combate infectiile pielii. <\/span><\/p>\n<h3><b>Orzul verde imbunatateste digestia<\/b><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Contine o cantitate mare de fibre, ceea ce face sa actioneze ca un probiotic pentru sistemul digestiv. Orzul verde poate fi util si in reducerea colitelor deoarece ajuta la ameliorarea inflamatiilor asociate, dar si la reducerea aciditatii din organism, la reducerea constipatiei si tulburarilor de somn.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><b>Orzul verde i<\/b><b>ntareste sistemul imunitar<\/b><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Orzul verde este o sursa bogata de vitamina C si imbunatateste starea generala de sanatate, inclusiv sistemul imunitar.
