Consumul regulat de <\/span><b>vitamina B12<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> ajuta la dezvoltarea optima si mentinerea sistemului nervos, dar si la cresterea performantelor fizice si psihice. Este o vitamina solubila in apa, la fel ca toate celelalte vitamine din complexul B, ceea ce inseamna ca se poate dizolva usor in apa si poate circula prin fluxul sanguin. Organismul uman poate sa stocheze cantitati de vitamina B12 de la doi pana la patru ani si orice exces este eliminat prin urina. Din punct de vedere structural, vitamina B12 este cea mai complicata vitamina. Ea poate fi produsa in mod industrial, dar se poate regasi si in mod natural in produse din carne si nu numai.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Rolul vitaminei B12 in organism<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Pentru functionarea sistemului nervos &#8211; Este esentiala pentru functionarea normala a creierului si implicit a sistemului nervos. Vitamina B12 este implicata si in formarea globulelor rosii din sange si ajuta in mod direct la crearea si reglarea ADN-ului.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In dezvoltarea globulelor rosii &#8211; Este solubila in apa, insa specialistii sustin faptul ca vitamina B12 este necesara pentru formarea in mod corespunzator a celulelor rosii respectiv in dezvoltarea celulelor rosii in maduva osoasa.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In functionarea si reinnoirea celulara &#8211; Metabolismul celulelor din corpul uman depinde in mare parte de aportul de vitamina B12 pe care il primeste. Acesta detine un rol important atat in sinteza acizilor grasi, cat si in productia de energie. Are un rol activ in functionarea celuleor, dar si in reinnoirea acestora.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In protejarea celulelor hepatice. In urma unui studiu publicat in anul 2012, specialistii sustin ca hepatita C ar putea fi tratata cu vitamina B12. Mai exact, hepatita cronica care primeste un tratament standard pentru virusul hepatitei C poate avea beneficii multiple daca sunt consumate si suplimentele cu vitamina B12.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In stimularea activitatii tractului intestinal. Vitamina B12 este un stimulent important al activitatii tractului intestinal. Este esentiala pentru tratarea si prevenirea starilor de oboseala si pentru mentinera sistemului nervos si cardiovascular sanatos. Pe langa acestea, consumul de vitamina B12 ajuta la:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Prevenirea malformatiilor congenitale. In cazul femeilor insarcinate, vitamina B12 este esentiala pentru a asigura o sarcina santoasa. Este importanta pentru crearea ADN-ului, materialului genetic de baza si pentru a crea intregul corp al bebelusului. Vitamina B12 ajuta la cresterea si dezvoltarea optima a copilului inca din pantecul mamei. Este un aliat important in prevenirea malformatiilor congenitale;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Mentinerea sistemul nervos sanatos. Consumul de vitamina B12 iti influenteaza in mod direct starea de spirit si iti ajuta sistemul nervos sa functioneze normal. Vitamina ajuta si la reglarea sistemului nervos, dar si la reducerea tulburarilor precum depresia si anxietatea, care iti pot afecta dispozitia;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Reducerea riscul de boli cardiovasculare. Vitamina B12 detine un rol extrem de important si pentru sanatatea inimii. Ajuta la reducere nivelurilor mari de homocisteina, considerate un factor de risc foarte mare pentru bolile de inima. De asemenea, consumul de vitamina B12 ajuta la controlul valorilor mari ale colesterolului si la controlul hipertensiunii arteriale;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Prevenirea anemiei. Vitamina B12 ajuta in mod direct la productia de globule rosii si la prevenirea starilor de anemie. Este esentiale pentru anemia megaloblastica, stare care se manifesta prin oboseala cronica si senzatii de slabiciune.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Incetinirea procesului de imbatranire a celulelor. Vitamina B12 ajuta la sintetizarea acizilor grasi, dar si in productia de energie. Mai mult de atat, are un rol benefic si la incetinirea procesului de imbatranire al celulelor din organism si anume intervine in procesul de maturizare al celulelor sanguine;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Energizarea organismului. Consumul de vitamina B12 te ajuta sa ai energie la cote maxime pentru intreaga zi. Vitamina transforma carbohidratii in glucoza, nutrient ce poate fi extrem de folositor in corp. Aceasta este folosita drept forma de energie, transmite semne neurotransmitatorilor cheie, fapt ce ajuta la functionarea normala a organismului intreaga zi, fara sa te simti obosit.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><a id=\"doza_de_consum_recomandata\" name=\"doza_de_consum_recomandata\"><\/a>Doza de consum recomandata &#8211; posibile reactii adverse <\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Potrivit cercetatorilor de la Institutul National de Sanatate, doza zilnica recomandata difera in functie de sex si varsta. Astfel, vitamina B12 este recomandata dupa cum urmeaza:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Pentru sugarii intre 0 si 6 luni &#8211; 0,4 mg\/zi;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Pentru bebelusii de la 7 pana la 12 luni &#8211; 0,5 mg\/zi;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Pentru copii intre un an si 3 ani &#8211; 0,9 mg\/zi;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Pentru copiii intre 4 si 8 ani &#8211; 1,2 mg\/zi;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Pentru copiii de la 9 pana la 13 ani &#8211; 1,8 mg\/zi;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Pentru adolescentii cu varsta peste 14 ani &#8211; 2,4 mg\/zi;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Pentru femeile insarcinate &#8211; 2,6 mg\/zi;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Pentru femeile care alapteaza &#8211; 2,8 mg\/zi.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Cum se manifesta deficienta de vitamina B12<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In momentul in care organismul nu primeste canitatea suficienta de vitamina B12, atunci se instaleaza o carenta sau deficienta de vitamina. Aceasta poate avea drept rezultat leziuni ireversibile, chiar grave in special pentru sistemul nervos si pentru creier. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Valorile mai mici decat cele normale recomandate de vitamina B12 pot duce la simptome precum: depresia, confuzia, stari grave de oboseala si probleme de memorie. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Deficitul de vitamina B12 poate include si: dureri musculare impreuna cu slabiciune musculara, pierderi de concentrare, consipatia, diareea sau crampele, lipsa poftei de mancare si scaderea in greutate, tulburari ale starii de spirit, amorteli &nbsp;si senzatia de furnicaturi in membre.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Cauzele deficitului de vitamina B12 <\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Bineinteles ca vorbim despre mai multe cauze care pot avea la baza carenta ori deficitul de vitamina B12, o data indentificate cauzele acestea trebuie tratate imediat. Iata care sunt cele mai importante.<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Alimentatia vegetariana. Pentru faptul ca nu exista alimente de origine animala, persoanele care urmeaza o dieta vegetariana sau vegana pot suferi de carenta de vitamina B12 din organism. Aceste persoane sunt sfatuite sa ia in fiecare zi un supliment cu vitamina B12.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Varsa. Persoanele in varsta pot avea tulburari digestive si pot suferi de deficit de vitamina B12 deoarece pe masura ce inaintam in varsta organismul produce mai putini acizi gastrici decat este nevoie pentru a putea transforma vitamina B12 in mod corect. <\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Alcoolul. Persoanele care consuma alcool in exces pot avea deficit de vitamina B12 deoarece corpul nu mai absoarbe in mod eficient toti nutrientii.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Medicamentele. Pacientii care sufera de diabet si se trateaza cu metformina trebuie sa isi monitorizeze constant valoarea vitaminei B12 deoarece medicamentele pot reduce absorbtia vitaminei B12 din organism.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Afectiunile gastrointestinale. Persoanele care au probleme cu intestinul subtire pot avea probleme in ceea ce priveste absorbtia normala a vitaminei B12.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-medium wp-image-717\" src=\"https:\/\/www.planteea.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/12\/cereale-alimente-fibre-500x333.jpg\" alt=\"cereale alimente fibre\" width=\"500\" height=\"333\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.planteea.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/12\/cereale-alimente-fibre-500x333.jpg 500w, https:\/\/www.planteea.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/12\/cereale-alimente-fibre.jpg 640w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 500px) 100vw, 500px\" \/><\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><a id=\"surse_alimentare_de_vitamina_b12\" name=\"surse_alimentare_de_vitamina_b12\"><\/a>Surse alimentare de vitamina B12.<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><b>Alimentele bogate<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> in vitamina B12 sunt urmatoarele: peste, fructe de mare, carnea de vita, de porc, miel, sunca, oua, produse lactate.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Alimente imbogatite cu vitamina B12<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> &#8211; alternative de origine vegetala ale produselor lactate, cereale pentru micul dejun, drojdie nutritiva, anumite tipuri de lapte de soia.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Teste de identificare a nivelului de vitamina B12<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Se pot face teste de sange ori de urina care sa ajute la determinarea valorilor vitaminei B12 din corp.
