Este vitamina liposolubila absorbita de organism sub forma de retinol si se regaseste usor atat in regnul vegetal, cat ci cel animal. Vitamina A se absoarbe la nivelul intestinului subtire, atunci cand intalneste sarurile biliare si minerale. <\/span><!--more--><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Insa, pentru ca este esentiala pentru organism, iata ce trebuie sa stii despre beneficiile pe care le aduce vitamina A la nivelul intregului organism, dar si cum se administreaza corect.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Beneficiile Vitaminei A<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.planteea.ro\/suplimente\/vitamina-a\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Vitamina A<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> se regaseste in doua forme: <\/span><b>Retinoizi <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">sau Vitamina A precum retinol ori acid retinoic, pe care organismul le absoarbe din rinichi, ficat, lactate ori oua, dat si <\/span><b>Carotenoidele<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, sursa cea mai activa de Vitamina A fiind beta-carotenul. Organismul il absoarbe in special din morocvi, dar si din fructe de catina sau macese.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Are rol antioxidant, iar consumul regulat de vitamina A te va ajuta sa tii sub control nivelul colesterolului, dar si sa stochezi grasimi de care organismul are nevoie. Consumul regulat de vitamina A te va ajuta sa iti protejezi mucoasa bucala, dar si digestiva si sa iti protejezi sistemul respirator. Intotdeauna vitamina A te va ajuta sa iti dezvolti oasele, dar si sa iti imbunatatesti sistemul imunitar, pentru a te feri de infectii ori inflamatii.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Printre alte beneficii mai amintim:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Imbunatateste vederea si te ajuta mai ales pe timpul noptii sa distingi mai bine culorile;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Te ajuta sa asimilezi cantitatea de calciu de care ai nevoie in organism si sa ai grija de sanatatea unghiilor si a dermului;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Sprijina in formarea anticorpilor si intareste sistemul imunitar;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Are un puternic efect antioxidant si sprijina formarea de globule albe.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Cum se administreaza corect vitamina A<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Pentru a te bucura de efectele consumului de vitamina A, trebuie sa stii ca este nevoie sa urmezi doza in functie de grupa de varsta. Astfel ca, pentru <\/span><b>sugari<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, vitamina A se va administra zilnic intr-o cantitate de 350 mg, iar pentru <\/span><b>copiii cu varsta pana in 3 ani,<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> aportul creste pana la 400 de micrograme. Intre<\/span><b> 4 si 6 ani copiii <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">au nevoie de o cantitate de 450 mg de vitamina A, iar de la<\/span><b> 7 pana la 9 ani<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> se poate administra copiilor 500 de mg de vitamina A.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Pentru <\/span><b>adolescenti <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">si vorbim aici despre <\/span><b>fetele cu varsta intre 13 si 19 ani<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, vitamina A recomandata este de 600 mg, iar pentru <\/span><b>baietii cu varsta intre 15 si 19 ani,<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> 800 de micrograme de vitamina A.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Pentru <\/span><b>adulti<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, de data asta pentru femei vorbim despre o cantitate de 600 mg, iar pentru barbati, 800 de micrograme. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Varstinicii <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">raman in acelasi doze, iar pentru femeile cu varsta peste 75 de ani este recomandata o doza de 600 mg de vitamina A, iar pentru barbatii trecuti de aceiasi varsta, o cantitate de 700 de micrograme.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">De unde poti procura vitamina A<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Sa nu credeti ca doar suplimentele alimentare au in compozitie vitamina A. Ei bine, aceasta se regaseste intr-o multime de alimente de origine animala precum ouale, pestele gras precum macroul, ansoa, ficatul, dar si in produsele lactate si lactatele nedegresate precum smantana si untul.
