Este o sursa excelenta pentru masa vegetarienilor deoarece ofera aportul de care acestia au nevoie pentru sustinerea organismului. <\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Functiile importante ale vitaminei B12:<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Gama variata de <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.planteea.ro\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">produse naturiste<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> pe care o gasim disponibila pe piata ne pune des in dificultatea de a alege produsul potrivit pentru sanatatea organismului. Tocmai din acest motiv, iti aducem la cunostinta beneficiile consumului de vitamina B12!<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<h3><b>Imbunatateste functionarea sistemului nervos<\/b><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0Consumul de vitamina B12 ajuta la formarea tecii de mielina, care inveleste fibrele nervoase, acestea sunt esentiale pentru transmiterea de impulsuri nervoase in tot corpul. Vitamina B12 protejeaza simtul tactil si auditiv si sporeste capacitatea de invatare, impiedicand pierderile de memorie si pastrarea apliombului mental.<br \/>\n<\/span><\/li>\n<li>\n<h3>Protejeaza celulele hepatice<\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0Datorita proprietatii majore de a impiedica depunerile de grasime la nivelul ficatului, vitamina B12 poate proteja calitatea celulelor hepatice.<br \/>\n<\/span><\/li>\n<li>\n<h3>Inlatura oboseala<\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0Vitamina B12 ajuta in procesul de maturizare al globulelor rosii, ajutand la eliminarea starilor de anemie si oboseala acuta.<\/span><\/li>\n<li>\n<h3><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Pentru bebelusi si mame<\/strong><br \/>\n<\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Consumul de vitamina B12 este estential pentru o buna crestere, femeile insarcinate avand nevoie de extra portii de vitamina B 12. Aceasta contribuie la dezvoltarea fatului, dar este recomandata si dupa sarcina deoarece sugarii au nevoie de acest nutrient.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Simptomele deficitului de vitamina B12<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Cele mai comune simptome asociate cu deficienta de vitamina B12 sunt:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> pierderile de memorie, chiar si pe o perioada scurta de timp,<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">dificultati in mersul pe jos sau dificultati pentru miscare,\u00a0 antrenamente fizice,<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">anemie,<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">constipatie,<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">tulburari la nivelul starii de spirit,<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">amorteala,<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">dezorientarea,<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">inflamarea limbii,<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">deteriorarea tecii de mielina.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Cantitatea insuficienta de vitamina B12 poate elimina substanta homocistina, care, atunci cand este depasit, poate deveeni nociva pentru celulel cerebrale.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Homocistina poate avea o legatura directa si cu maladiile cardiovasculare deoarece pe baza proprietatilor procoagulante, aceasta poate fi un pericol pentru peretii arterelor.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In momentul in care sistemul digestiv este incapabil sa absoarba vitamina C, atunci se instaleaza deficitul. Acesta poate aparea cel mai mult din cauza unui sistem alimentare neadecvat.
