Scoate p\u0103st\u0103ile la final.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Preg\u0103te\u0219te crema:<\/strong> \u00centr-un bol \u00eenc\u0103p\u0103tor, bate bine ou\u0103le \u00eentregi, g\u0103lbenu\u0219urile, \u00eendulcitorul \u0219i praful de sare p\u00e2n\u0103 c\u00e2nd compozi\u021bia \u00ee\u0219i dubleaz\u0103 volumul \u0219i se deschide la culoare.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>G\u0103tirea termic\u0103 (Custard):<\/strong> Pune din nou laptele pe foc p\u00e2n\u0103 devine fierbinte. Toarn\u0103 laptele fierbinte \u00een fir sub\u021bire peste amestecul de ou\u0103, amestec\u00e2nd continuu cu un tel pentru a preveni g\u0103tirea brusc\u0103 a ou\u0103lor. Pune toat\u0103 compozi\u021bia \u00eenapoi \u00een crati\u021b\u0103, la foc foarte mic. Opre\u0219te focul, adaug\u0103 imediat ciocolata neagr\u0103 rupt\u0103 \u00een buc\u0103\u021bi mici \u0219i amestec\u0103 p\u00e2n\u0103 c\u00e2nd se tope\u0219te complet \u0219i compozi\u021bia devine lucioas\u0103 \u0219i catifelat\u0103.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Las\u0103 baza s\u0103 se r\u0103ceasc\u0103 complet, transfer-o \u00eentr-un recipient de inox \u0219i pune-o la congelator. Trece piureul printr-o sit\u0103 deas\u0103 dac\u0103 vrei s\u0103 \u00eendep\u0103rtezi s\u00e2mburii mici de zmeur\u0103 sau mure.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Deschide conserva de lapte de cocos (care s-a separat la frigider \u00een crem\u0103 solid\u0103 \u0219i ap\u0103 de cocos).
