Av\u00e2nd at\u00e2t de multe func\u021bii esen\u021biale, este important s\u0103 \u00eel men\u021binem s\u0103n\u0103tos \u0219i activ printr-o alimenta\u021bie echilibrat\u0103, hidratare corespunz\u0103toare \u0219i un stil de via\u021b\u0103 f\u0103r\u0103 excese.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Un sprijin pentru s\u0103n\u0103tatea ficatului vine \u0219i din natur\u0103: ceaiurile din plante medicinale pot fi un aliat de n\u0103dejde. Printre cele mai recomandate se num\u0103r\u0103 ceaiul de g\u0103lbenele, ceaiul de p\u0103p\u0103die \u0219i ceaiul de anghinare. De\u0219i ficatul are capacitatea de a se regenera singur, este important s\u0103 \u00eel sus\u021binem prin obiceiuri s\u0103n\u0103toase \u0219i prin remedii naturale.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ceaiurile pentru ficat pot fi folosite fie ca preven\u021bie, consumate regulat, fie ca parte a unui tratament mai intensiv, pentru calmarea disconfortului \u0219i restabilirea func\u021biilor normale ale ficatului. Este bogat \u00een <strong>silimarin\u0103, aminoacizi, lipide \u0219i acid fumaric<\/strong>, substan\u021be care ajut\u0103 la regenerarea celulelor hepatice \u0219i au efect antiinflamator.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Un <strong>studiu <\/strong>publicat \u00een <em><strong>Pharmaceutical Biology<\/strong><\/em> a ar\u0103tat c\u0103 \u0219oarecii cu leziuni hepatice care au primit silimarin\u0103 au avut rate de obezitate mai sc\u0103zute \u0219i leziuni hepatice reduse datorit\u0103 sc\u0103derii inflama\u021biei.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De\u0219i rezultatele sunt promi\u021b\u0103toare, sunt necesare mai multe cercet\u0103ri pe oameni pentru a confirma efectele. Extractul de frunze de anghinare poate:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Proteja ficatul de leziuni.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sus\u021bine regenerarea \u021besutului hepatic.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cre\u0219te produc\u021bia de bil\u0103, ajut\u00e2nd la eliminarea toxinelor.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Studiile <\/strong>efectuate pe animale au ar\u0103tat c\u0103 extractul de anghinare reduce leziunile hepatice \u0219i cre\u0219te nivelul de antioxidan\u021bi. Cercet\u0103rile pe oameni indic\u0103, de asemenea, efecte pozitive asupra s\u0103n\u0103t\u0103\u021bii ficatului.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De exemplu, un studiu realizat pe 90 de persoane cu boal\u0103 hepatic\u0103 gras\u0103 non-alcoolic\u0103 a ar\u0103tat c\u0103 <strong>aportul zilnic de 600 mg de extract de anghinare timp de dou\u0103 luni a \u00eembun\u0103t\u0103\u021bit func\u021bia ficatului<\/strong>. \u00centr-un alt studiu pe adul\u021bi obezi cu aceea\u0219i afec\u021biune, administrarea zilnic\u0103 a extractului de anghinare a redus inflama\u021bia ficatului \u0219i depunerea de gr\u0103sime, comparativ cu cei care nu au consumat extractul.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Se crede c\u0103 <strong>antioxidan\u021bii din anghinare, precum cinarina \u0219i silimarina<\/strong>, contribuie la aceste beneficii.
