Durata somnului influen\u021beaz\u0103 capacitatea organismului de a sintetiza insulina. \u0218i poate fi r\u0103spunz\u0103toare de valorile normale \/ anormale ale glucozei din s\u00e2nge.<br><br>Oboseala constant\u0103 face parte din\u00a0semnele premonitorii ale diabetului, deoarece nivelurile ridicate de zah\u0103r din s\u00e2nge pot afecta modul \u00een care organismul utilizeaz\u0103 energia, determin\u00e2nd o stare persistent\u0103 de epuizare.
