Exist\u0103, \u00eens\u0103, \u0219i alimente s\u0103n\u0103toase care, m\u00e2ncate frecvent, \u00ee\u021bi \u00eembun\u0103t\u0103\u021besc starea de spirit \u0219i contribuie la s\u0103n\u0103tatea creierului.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cercet\u0103rile recente subliniaz\u0103 rela\u021bia puternic\u0103 dintre nutri\u021bie \u0219i\u00a0s\u0103n\u0103tatea mintal\u0103.
