Cu toate c\u0103 florile \u0219i\u00a0fructele de soc\u00a0au o mul\u021bime de beneficii pentru s\u0103n\u0103tate, frunzele, ramurile \u0219i r\u0103d\u0103cina de soc con\u021bin substan\u021be toxice pentru organism, a\u0219a c\u0103 trebuie evitate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-contraindica\u021bii-\u0219i-efecte-secundare-flori-de-soc\">Contraindica\u021bii \u0219i efecte secundare flori de soc<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Exist\u0103 c\u00e2teva efecte secundare ale ceaiului de soc, \u0219i anume:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Tulbur\u0103ri de stomac: utilizarea \u00een exces a acestei plante poate fi poten\u021bial toxic\u0103. Toarn\u0103 apoi acest amestec peste florile de soc \u0219i l\u0103m\u00e2i \u0219i completeaz\u0103 cu restul de ap\u0103.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Acoper\u0103 borcanul cu o farfurie \u0219i las\u0103-l undeva la soare timp de 3 zile. Apoi, strecoar\u0103 socata \u00een sticle pe care le vei \u021bine la rece, \u00een frigider. Se poate consuma ca atare sau mai po\u021bi ad\u0103uga frunze de ment\u0103. Pentru a avea un gust \u0219i mai acidulat, unele persoane adaug\u0103 drojdie de bere proasp\u0103t\u0103, \u00eens\u0103 fermenta\u021bia este posibil\u0103 \u0219i f\u0103r\u0103 acest adaos, \u00een prezen\u021ba zah\u0103rului, a l\u0103m\u00e2ii \u0219i a florilor de soc.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-ceai-de-flori-de-soc\">Ceai de flori de soc<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Pentru a prepara\u00a0<strong>un ceai de soc<\/strong>\u00a0ai nevoie de flori uscate. Fierbe 250 ml de ap\u0103 \u00eentr-un ibric, iar c\u00e2nd d\u0103 \u00een clocot, pune o lingur\u0103 de flori de soc \u0219i acoper\u0103, l\u0103s\u00e2nd la infuzat \u00een jur de 10 minute. Strecoar\u0103 ceaiul \u0219i bea-l fierbinte sau cald. \u00cen caz de r\u0103ceal\u0103 \u0219i tuse, se pot bea 3 c\u0103ni pe zi, care favorizeaz\u0103 transpira\u021bia \u0219i expectora\u021bia necesare \u00een procesul de vindecare. Pune la fiert \u00eentr-o cr\u0103ticioar\u0103 apa cu zah\u0103rul \u0219i cu cojile de l\u0103m\u00e2ie, iar dup\u0103 ce \u00eencep s\u0103 fiarb\u0103, las\u0103-le pe foc mic cam 10 minute. Dup\u0103 ce opre\u0219ti focul, \u00eencorporeaz\u0103 \u0219i zeama de l\u0103m\u00e2ie. C\u00e2nd siropul s-a r\u0103cit, pune \u0219i florile de soc \u00een cr\u0103ticioar\u0103, acoper\u0103 cu o farfurie \u0219i las\u0103 vasul \u00een frigider timp de 5 zile.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dup\u0103 trecerea celor 5 zile, se strecoar\u0103 siropul \u00eentr-un alt vas \u0219i apoi se pune \u00een sticle sterilizate, care se \u00eenchid bine cu dop \u0219i se pot p\u0103stra \u00een c\u0103mar\u0103.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dac\u0103 faci siropul cu alt \u00eendulcitor dec\u00e2t zah\u0103rul (de exemplu, cu stevia, pentru o persoan\u0103 diabetic\u0103 din familie), e bine de \u0219tiut c\u0103 nu va rezista \u00een c\u0103mar\u0103. Prin urmare, dup\u0103 ce a stat cele 5 zile \u0219i apoi l-ai strecurat, \u00eel po\u021bi pune \u0219i p\u0103stra \u00een t\u0103vile de ghea\u021b\u0103 pentru congelator.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-alte-re\u021bete-cu-flori-de-soc\">Alte re\u021bete cu flori de soc\u00a0<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Cl\u0103tite cu flori de soc: Florile de soc se \u00eenmoaie cu tot cu tij\u0103 \u00eentr-un aluat de cl\u0103tite (ou, f\u0103in\u0103, lapte \u2013 sau o variant\u0103 vegan\u0103), apoi se pr\u0103jesc rapid \u00een tigaie, ca ni\u0219te \u201e\u0219ni\u021bele florale\u201d. Se servesc cu zah\u0103r pudr\u0103, miere sau sirop de ar\u021bar.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Miere aromatizat\u0103 cu flori de soc: Se pun flori proaspete \u00eentr-un borcan cu miere lichid\u0103, se amestec\u0103 bine \u0219i se las\u0103 la macerat 1-2 s\u0103pt\u0103m\u00e2ni, apoi se strecoar\u0103. Iese o miere floral\u0103 minunat\u0103, perfect\u0103 pentru ceai sau iaurt.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>O\u021bet aromat cu flori de soc: Se pun flori \u00een o\u021bet de mere (sau o\u021bet alb delicat), se las\u0103 la infuzat 2-3 s\u0103pt\u0103m\u00e2ni, apoi se strecoar\u0103. Po\u021bi folosi acest o\u021bet la salate sau chiar ca tonic digestiv (1 linguri\u021b\u0103 diluat\u0103 \u00eentr-un pahar de ap\u0103).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Limonad\u0103 cu flori de soc (fresh, nu fermentat\u0103): Amestec\u0103 flori de soc proaspete cu felii de l\u0103m\u00e2ie, miere sau zah\u0103r \u0219i ap\u0103 plat\u0103 sau mineral\u0103. Las\u0103 totul la frigider c\u00e2teva ore. E o variant\u0103 rapid\u0103 \u0219i super r\u0103coritoare de socat\u0103 f\u0103r\u0103 fermenta\u021bie.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00cenghe\u021bat\u0103 sau granita cu infuzie de soc: Fierbi un sirop simplu cu ap\u0103, zah\u0103r \u0219i flori de soc, \u00eel la\u0219i la infuzat, apoi \u00eel folose\u0219ti ca baz\u0103 pentru \u00eenghe\u021bat\u0103, sorbet sau granita.
