Are un continut bogat in antioxidanti, imbunatateste sistemul digestiv si te ajuta sa scapi de kilogramele in plus nedorite. Un consum regulat de <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.planteea.ro\/cafea-inlocuitori\/cafea-verde\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">cafea verde<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> lupta impotriva mai multor afectiuni ale organismului.<\/span><!--more--><\/p>\n<h2>1. Cum prepari cafeaua verde pentru slabit<\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Pentru a nu-si pierde din proprietati si pentru a te bucura pe deplin de beneficiile cafelei este important sa tii cont de modul de preparare. In stare pura, boabele de cafea verde au un continut ridicat de antioxidanti, care au rolul de a consolida metabolismul si de a reduce efectele toxice ale radicalilor liberi. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Cafeaua verde datorita acidului clorogenic are puterea de a stabiliza nivelul tensiunii arteriale, dar si nivelul zaharului din sange si a efectelor toxice ale radicalilor liberi. Are capacitatea de a creste nivelul de concentrare, fiind nevoie doar de o singura cana de cafea pe zi, pentru a imbunatatii gandirea cognitiva. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Continutul ridicat de acod clorogenic are capacitatea si de a accelera metabolismul, reducand nivelul grasimilor din corp. Consumata pentru slabit, cafeaua verde are urmatoarele beneficii:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Scade nivelul glicemiei din organism;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Stimuleaza arderea grasimilor;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Suprima pofta de mancare;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Actioneaza ca un tonic general;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Scade absorbtia zaharului la nivelul tubului digestiv.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>2. Cum se consuma cafeaua verde de slabit<\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Pentru a vedea rezultate este recomandat sa consumi cafea verde in fiecare zi, cu 30 de minute inainte de fiecare masa. Seara este de preferat sa nu fie mai tarziu de ora 18:00 pentru ca iti poate tulbura calitatea somnului din cauza continutului de cafeina. <\/span><\/p>\n<h2><b>3. Mod de preparare a cafelei pentru slabit<\/b><\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<h3><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Sa nu o fierbi<\/span><\/h3>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Este important cand prepari cafeaua verde, sa nu o fierbi. Apa trebuie incalzita, iar ulterior 2-3 linguri de cafea lasate la infuzat \u00a0pentru cateva minute.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Cafeaua verde macinata are nevoie de o apa incalzita la maxim 95 de grade Celsius, pentru aproximativ 5 minute. Poti folosi 2, maxim 3 lingurite de cafea pentru o cantitate de 200-250 ml de apa. Trebuie bauta imediat dupa ce ai preparat-o, calda, pentru a te bucura de proprietatile ei in totalitate. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Nu trebuie sa dai in clocot apa in care urmeaza sa iti prepari cafeaua deoarece acest \u00a0procedeu duce la oxidarea boabelor, dar si pierderea proprietatilor antioxidante.<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<h3>Infuzeaza cafeaua<\/h3>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Cafeaua poate fi pregatita in ibric, prin infuzare sau in aparatul de cafea. Cel mai recomandat este sa o bei dupa ce a stat la infuzat 10 minute.<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<h3>Nu utiliza zahar in cafea<\/h3>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Pentru a te asigura ca slabesti incearca sa consumi cafea verde fara zahar sau alti indulcitori. Pentru a nu te plictisi de gust, poti incerca o cafea verde cu aroma de scortisoara, ghimbir, goji sau cardamom.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2>4. Contraindicatii pentru cafeaua verde<\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Nu este indicat consumul de cafea verde pentru:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> mamele care alapteaza;<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">femeilor insarcinate;<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">persoanelor care sufera de diabet;<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">persoanelor care sufera de hemoragie;<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">persoanelor care sufera de anxietate. <\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>5. Rezultatele utilizarii cafelei verzi<\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ofera rezultate garantate in momentul in care un consum de cafea verde este asociat cu o dieta sanatoasa si un stil de viata echilibrat.
