Una dintre cele mai bogate surse de nutrienti, spirulina este bogata in <strong>Vitamina C, B12, B5, E, Zinc, Magneziu, Calciu, Fier, Beta-Caroten<\/strong>. In comert spirulina se gaseste sub forma de pulbere sau comprimate si se administreaza de obicei pe cale interna. Foloseste&nbsp;creme&nbsp;ce au in compozitie <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.planteea.ro\/spirulina\/\">spirulina <\/a><\/strong>sau adauga in produsele tale spirulina sub forma de pulbere. Vei vedea ce aspect tonifiat si tineresc va capata pielea. Continutul ridicat de <strong>Vitamina A, B12, E, calciu, fier si fosfor<\/strong> nu pot avea decat efecte de necrezut asupra sanatatii pielii.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Proprietati anti-imbatranire.&nbsp;<\/strong>Datorita numerosilor <strong>antioxidanti <\/strong>din compozitie, spirulina are proprietati <strong>anti-imbatranire si antiinflamatoare<\/strong>. Spirulina incetineste procesul de imbatranire, ajutand la regenerarea celulelor, aceasta fiind recomandata in cazul tenului gras si matur. <strong>Studiile clinice<\/strong> au aratat eficacitatea cremelor cu spirulina asupra tenului matur, dar si asupra tenului tanar. Aceasta hidrateaza pielea, protejeaza bariera cutanata si controleaza excesul de sebum. In plus, lupta impotriva radicaliilor liberi, prevenind deteriorarea pielii ce poate duce la imbatranirea pielii si aparitia ridurilor. Spirulina contine de asemenea multi aminoacizi importanti, precum prolina si glicina ce ajuta la mentinerea fermitatii si care sustin productia de colagen a organismului.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Tratament pentru par si unghii.<\/strong>&nbsp;Spirulina este utilizata la scara larga pentru tratarea problemelor parului precum subtierea firului de par sau alopecia. De asemenea lupta impotriva matretii, face firul de par mai puternic si mai lucios. Acizii grasi esentiali, vitamina A, beta-carotenul si aminoacizii din compozitia spirulinei sunt minunati pentru par. Folosind <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.planteea.ro\/spirulina\/\">spirulina <\/a><\/strong>in mod regulat, aceasta vindeca probleme unghiilor si stimuleaza cresterea acestora.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Tratament adjuvant in cazul tenului acneic<\/strong>. Beneficiile spirulinei sunt multiple: iti poate tonifia pielea, ameliora cearcanele si uscaciunea pielii, detoxifiaza pielea si incetineste imbatranirea acesteia. Pe piata poti gasi diverse creme cosmetice pe baza de spirulina, insa daca iti poti prepara si tu acasa diverse produse. La final, clatesti cu apa din abundenta si poti aplica o crema hidratanta. Tenul tau va fi curat, tonifiat si luminos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>O varianta mult mai simpla de masca de fata este cea cu <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.planteea.ro\/spirulina\/\">spirulina<\/a><\/strong> si apa. Amesteci o jumatate de lingurita de spirulina pudra cu putina apa cat sa formezi o pasta. Se aplica pe pielea curata prin miscari circulare, cu ajutorul unei dischete demachiante. La final, clateste cu apa din abundenta. Iti va indeparta machiajul si urmele de murdarie intr-un mod delicat, fara sa usuce fata.<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-full is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1200\" height=\"686\" src=\"https:\/\/www.planteea.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/03\/image-3.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-5511\" style=\"width:658px;height:auto\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.planteea.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/03\/image-3.png 1200w, https:\/\/www.planteea.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/03\/image-3-500x286.png 500w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1200px) 100vw, 1200px\" \/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<p><strong>Masca de par:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>1 iaurt natural<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 linguri <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.planteea.ro\/miere-de-albine\/\">miere<\/a><\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 lingura <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.planteea.ro\/spirulina\/\">pulbere de spirulina<\/a><\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Se amesteca bine ingredientele intr-un bol, apoi se aplica pe tot parul (pe lungimea firului de par si pe scalp) si se lasa sa actioneze minim 30 minute. De preferat ar fi sa infasori parul intr-un prosop pentru ca masca sa actioneze mai bine. Iaurtul \u0219i mierea iti vor hidrata parul si il vor face moale. Spirulina este excelenta pentru a face parul stralucitor si pentru a-l fortifica.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Daca pana acum nu stiai de toate proprietatile minunate ale spirulinei si nu ai in casa praful miraculos, te sfatuim sa il achizitionezi si sa incepi sa il folosesti atat intern cat si extern pentru ca pielea, parul dar si intreg organismul tau sa isi pastreze sanatatea.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-cum-alegem-cea-mai-buna-spirulina-de-pe-piata\">Cum alegem cea mai bun\u0103 spirulin\u0103 de pe pia\u0163\u0103?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>C\u00e2nd intri \u00eentr-un magazin \u00een c\u0103utare de spirulin\u0103, e posibil s\u0103 g\u0103se\u015fti cel pu\u0163in 10 variante diferite de la produc\u0103tori diferiti. Cum o cumperi pe cea bun\u0103? Cea mai bun\u0103 spirulin\u0103 de pe pia\u0163\u0103 este cu siguran\u0163\u0103 cea certificat\u0103, a\u015fa c\u0103 uit\u0103-te bine pe etichet\u0103 \u00eenainte de a cump\u0103ra produsul! Ar trebui s\u0103 fie certificat\u0103 ecologic, raw, f\u0103r\u0103 organisme modificate genetic \u0219i neiradiat\u0103, \u015fi s\u0103 aib\u0103 certific\u0103ri ISO, precum c\u0103 este produs\u0103 \u00een conformitate cu standardele de calitate \u015fi pentru protec\u0163ia mediului.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Apoi uit\u0103-te pe ambalaj pentru a vedea ce con\u0163ine o tablet\u0103 de spirulin\u0103. Ar trebui s\u0103 con\u0163in\u0103 spirulin\u0103 \u00een concentra\u0163ie de 200 mg, 400 mg, 500mg, 800 mg sau 1000 mg.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La final, nu r\u0103m\u00e2ne dec\u00e2t s\u0103 alegi varianta care \u00ee\u0163i convine mai mult dintre capsul\u0103, pudr\u0103, granule sau tablet\u0103.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-ce-pret-are-spirulina\">Ce pre\u0163 are spirulina ?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Cu at\u00e2t de multe beneficii la purt\u0103tor, ai tinde s\u0103 crezi c\u0103 spirulina are un pre\u0163 piperat, \u00eens\u0103 nu este deloc a\u015fa.
