Aceasta simpla alegere poate avea beneficii incredibile, iar noi suntem aici ca sa le impartasim cu tine! <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"ceesteuleiulfls\"><strong>Ce este uleiul de floarea soarelui?<\/strong><\/h1>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Uleiul de floarea-soarelui<\/strong> este un produs natural, extras prin presarea la rece a\u00a0semin\u021belor, f\u0103r\u0103 procedee termice, astfel p\u0103str\u00e2ndu-\u0219i toate propriet\u0103\u021bile terapeutice. Are o culoare ceva mai \u00eenchis\u0103, arom\u0103 distinct\u0103 mult mai puternic\u0103, gustul u\u0219or am\u0103rui. Predomin\u0103 \u00eens\u0103 gr\u0103simile polinesaturate, mai ales acidul linoleic, din care deriv\u0103 acidul <strong>Omega-6<\/strong>. Predomin\u0103 con\u021binutul de acizi gra\u0219i polinesatura\u021bi (\u00een special acidul Omega-6) \u0219i vitamina E, con\u021bin\u00e2nd o cantitate redus\u0103 de acizi satura\u021bi.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Uleiul de floarea-soarelui cu con\u021binut sporit de acid oleic<\/strong>\u00a0este bogat \u00een acizi gra\u0219i mononesatura\u021bi, con\u021bin\u00e2nd cel pu\u021bin 80% acid oleic. soarelui are o gama fascinanta de beneficii pentru sanatate.\u00a0Sa le exploram in detaliu.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Poate reduce nivelul de colesterol<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Multe studii, inclusiv unul publicat in\u00a0<em><strong>The American Journal of Clinical Nutrition<\/strong>,\u00a0<\/em>subliniaza beneficiile uleiului asupra\u00a0nivelului de colesterol.\u00a0Semintele de floarea soarelui\u00a0au un compus numit fitosteroli, care este similar ca structura cu colesterolul.\u00a0In consecinta, poate ajuta la si a LDL-C.\u00a0De asemenea, creste nivelul de HDL-C.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Poate oferi alinare la persoanele care au piciorul de atletul<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Uleiul de floarea soarelui este, de asemenea, un remediu eficient pentru ameliorarea piciorului de atlet (&nbsp;<em>tinea pedis<\/em>&nbsp;).&nbsp;Piciorul unui atlet este o infectie fungica care incepe intre degetele general si pot creste capacitatea organismului de a rezista atacurilor prin infectie.\u00a0<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.planteea.ro\/uleiuri-alimentare\/ulei-de-floarea-soarelui\/\">Uleiul de floarea soarelui<\/a><\/strong> este o sursa bogata de acizi grasi polinesaturati, care pot proteja pielea prin intarirea barierelor membranare, facand astfel mai dificila patrunderea bacteriilor si virusilor in organism.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>O dieta grasa, mancarea procesata si lipsa&nbsp;exercitiilor fizice&nbsp;pot duce la obezitate.&nbsp;Tendinta generala se indreapta rapid catre alimente si mese
