De la sustinerea imunitatii in lupta cu o serie de bacterii pana la intensificarea metabolismului, ghimbirul este un ajutor de nadejde intr-o serie de afectiuni cu care multi dintre noi ne-am confruntat pana acum.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">CE ESTE SI CUM SE UTILIZEAZA GHIMBIRUL?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Ghimbirul (Zingiber officinale) este o planta care isi are originile in padurile tropicale din Asia de Sud si este folosita de secole atat in alimentatie, pentru a condimenta mancarea, cat si ca suport in medicina integrativa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Numele sau provine din cuvantul&nbsp;<em>singivera&nbsp;<\/em>din limba pali, vorbita in trecut pe teritoriul Indiei, cuvant care inseamna in forma de corn de cerb. Folosit pentru beneficiile sale inca din Antichitate si promovat chiar de Pitagora, ghimbirul a fost testat si de medicina chineza pentru ameliorarea manifestarilor digestive neplacute, a tusei sau in calmarea durerilor provocate de reumatism.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ghimbirul este un ingredient apreciat in special in bucataria orientala, iar principiile sale active &#8211; intre care terpene, oleorezine si uleiuri volatile &#8211; ii confera proprietati benefice in diferite afectiuni, precum indigestia, greata sau\u00a0<strong>raceala<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ghimbirul se utilizeaza atat in bucataria internationala, cat si in cure pentru mentinerea sanatatii. Astfel, doza recomandata variaza in functie de efectul benefic urmarit, iar in cazul pudrei, extractului, tincturii, capsulelor sau a uleiului de ghimbir se pot consuma 2 g\/zi divizate in diferite doze sau 4 cani de ceai\/zi, dar aceste doze trebuie agreate de un medic sau de un consultant de specialitate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Atunci cand radacina de ghimbir este fiarta, gustul iute este mai intens, iar aroma scade, pentru ca prin procesul de fierbere se elimina o parte din uleiurile volatile. In Thailanda, de exemplu, ghimbirul se rade, apoi se amesteca impreuna cu alte condimente pentru prepararea pastei de curry.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">CEAI DE GHIMBIR: BENEFICII<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>O cana de ceai de ghimbir are efect energizant si ofera suport in ameliorarea&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.secom.ro\/blogs\/ghidul-secom\/indigestia-la-adulti-ce-este-si-ce-remedii-poti-utiliza\"><strong>indigestiilor<\/strong><\/a>. De asemenea, folosirea acestuia in timpul racelii si gripei poate contribui la reducerea intensitatii migrenelor si a altor manifestari neplacute asociate. Nu \u00een ultimul rand, ceaiul de ghimbir poate ajuta persoanelor care au rau de miscare, ameliorandu-le simptomele aferente (ameteala, varsaturi, transpiratii reci).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Unii experti considera ca gingerolul din ghimbir poate ajuta la ameliorarea gretei cauzata de sarcina, chimioterapie sau anumite interventii chirurgicale. Cu toate ca anumite studii au subliniat efectele pozitive pe care ghimbirul le are in ameliorarea starilor neplacute, este important sfatul unui medic specialist, inainte de a utiliza ghimbirul dupa o operatie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">CUM SE PREPARA CEAIUL DE GHIMBIR<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Pentru o cana de ceai, fierbe 200 ml de apa si adauga un pliculet de ceai de ghimbir din surse ecologice;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>lasa-l la infuzat 5-7 minute in apa fierbinte;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>se poate consuma rece sau cald si se poate adauga in el miere, lamaie sau menta;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>poti consuma 2-4 cani de ceai de ghimbir pe zi, conform recomandarilor specialistului si in functie de scopul pentru care este folosit.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-full is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"480\" height=\"320\" src=\"https:\/\/www.planteea.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/06\/image-18.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-5258\" style=\"width:585px;height:auto\" \/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><a>PROPRIETATILE RADACINII DE GHIMBIR<\/a><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Cand ne raportam la ingrediente care contribuie la ameliorarea unei serii de neplaceri (cum sunt, de exemplu, greata sau durerile menstruale), ghimbirul este considerat o solutie eficace, care in plus are un gust delicios, usor picant.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Totusi, trebuie sa fim atenti la proprietatile sale nutritionale si la modul in care alegem sa-l folosim.<br><br><strong>VALORILE NUTRITIONALE ALE RADACINII DE GHIMBIR (100 G)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Daca <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.planteea.ro\/deshidratate\/ghimbir-uscat\/\">radacina de ghimbir<\/a><\/strong> este folosita cu regularitate este indicata urmarirea valorilor nutritionale ale acesteia (mai ales pentru continutul ridicat de potasiu si magneziu). Mai jos sunt prezentate informatiile nutritionale pentru 100 g de radacina de ghimbir:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Calorii (kcal) &#8211; 79;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Lipide totale &#8211; 0,8 g;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Colesterol &#8211; 0 mg;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sodiu &#8211; 13 mg;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Potasiu &#8211; 415 mg;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Carbohidrati &#8211; 18 g;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Zahar &#8211; 1,7 g;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Proteine &#8211; 1,8 g;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Calciu &#8211; 16 mg;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Vitamina C &#8211; 5 mg;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Fier &#8211; 0,6 mg;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Vitamina B6 &#8211; 0,2 mg;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Magneziu &#8211; 43 mg.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Radacina de ghimbir este cel mai des folosita, atat in alimentatie, cat si in terapii complementare naturiste. Insa, ghimbirul poate fi gasit si in suplimente alimentare, <strong>sub forma de capsule sau pudra<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>GHIMBIR: BENEFICII<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ghimbirul este un adevarat aliat in lupta cu diversi agenti patogeni, de aceea beneficiile sale nu sunt deloc de neglijat. De altfel, acestea chiar au determinat realizarea mai multor studii clinice initiate atat de universitati, cat si de clinici specializate in nutritie, care sustin importanta si puterea acestui aliment. Iata cateva dintre cele mai importante beneficii aduse organismului de consumul zilnic de ghimbir:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>GHIMBIRUL SUSTINE FUNCTIA DIGESTIVA<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Acest ingredient impiedica aparitia disconfortului digestiv,\u00a0<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.planteea.ro\/deshidratate\/ghimbir-uscat\/\">balonarea<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0sau indigestia, prin stimularea enzimelor cu rol eficient in absorbtia nutrientilor. In acelasi timp, proprietatile sale antiinflamatoare relaxeaza muschii stomacului si lasa sistemul digestiv sa proceseze hrana.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Datorita rolului sau de stimulare a sistemului digestiv, este un ingredient apreciat si in dietele de slabire, accelerand metabolismul. In acelasi timp, are un efect energizant asupra organismului, care rivalizeaza cu efectul cafelei &#8211; o cana de ceai de ghimbir cules din surse de incredere fiind o optiune foarte gustoasa si sanatoasa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Inflamatiile si stresul oxidativ accelereaza procesul de imbatranire celulara, iar acest efect conduce la o serie de boli degenerative. De aceea, orice compus antioxidant este benefic si aduce o serie de imbunatatiri care sustin o viata sanatosa.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>GHIMBIRUL ESTE UN REMEDIU CONTRA RACELII SI GRIPEI<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ghimbirul are efect diaforetic, prin proprietatile de activizare a procesului de transpiratie. Pe langa reducerea manifestarilor de\u00a0<strong>gripa<\/strong>\u00a0si raceala, ghimbirul ajuta si sistemul imunitar, sustinand organismul sa lupte impotriva agentilor patogeni (virusuri sau bacterii).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Totodata, contribuie la diminuarea riscului de infectie, acest efect fiind datorat unui compus care se regaseste in radacina ghimbirului: gingerolul. Ghimbirul este de mare ajutor si in probleme respiratorii, actionand ca un expectorant natural.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>GHIMBIRUL CONTRIBUIE LA SCADEREA COLESTEROLULUI<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Un nivel crescut de colesterol si trigliceride iti pune sanatatea in pericol, atragand dupa sine o serie de probleme cardiovasculare. Un studiu clinic publicat in Saudi Medical Journal arata ca administrarea a 3 grame de ghimbir pe zi, divizat in 3 prize, pe o perioada de 45 de zile, reduce semnificativ nivelul trigliceridelor si al colesterolului.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In acelasi timp, ghimbirul este un vasodilatator si poate contribui la scaderea\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.secom.ro\/blogs\/ghidul-secom\/tensiunea-arteriala-cum-recunoasteti-hipotensiunea-si-hipertensiunea-arteriala\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>tensiunii arteriale<\/strong><\/a>, facilitand astfel circulatia sangelui in corp si impiedicand formarea cheagurilor de sange.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>GHIMBIRUL CALMEAZA GREATA<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.planteea.ro\/deshidratate\/ghimbir-uscat\/\"><strong>Ghimbirul<\/strong><\/a> are calitatea de a preveni raul de mare si poate fi folosit in siguranta si contra starilor de ameteala care insotesc uneori greata. In aceste situatii se recomanda folosirea compreselor cu ghimbir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mai mult decat atat, cercetarile din domeniul medicinei de recuperare confirma efectele benefice pe care ghimbirul le are ca adjuvant in tratamentul complementar al artritei reumatoide si al osteoartritei. Acesta poate contribui la reducerea intensitatii durerilor si la imbunatatirea mobilitatii. Pe langa durerile articulare, compresele cu ghimbir ajuta si la ameliorarea durerilor menstruale, relaxand totodata musculatura abdomenului.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>GHIMBIRUL CONTRIBUIE LA SANATATEA PIELII SI A PARULUI<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Extractul de ghimbir este un ingredient prezent si in multe cosmetice cu efect antioxidant sau de hidratare. In acelasi timp, este utilizat si in tratamente impotriva caderii parului, contribuind la regenerarea foliculilor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>GHIMBIRUL SUSTINE SANATATEA INIMII<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cercetarile din ultimii ani sugereaz\u0103 ca acest aliment, consumat \u00een doze zilnice de 2-6 grame, poate oferi protectia impotriva bolilor de inima. Ghimbirul contribuie la scaderea tensiunii arteriale, la prevenirea atacurilor de cord si a cheagurilor de sange, precum si la imbunatirea circulatiei sangelui.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>GHIMBIRUL POATE REDUCE RISCUL DE A DEZVOLTA CANCER<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Unele studii au aratat ca moleculele bioactive din ghimbir pot reduce riscul de a dezvolta anumite tipuri de cancer, precum cel colorectal, gastric, ovarian, hepatic, de piele, de san si de prostat\u0103. Insa, e nevoie de mai multe cercetari in acest domeniu, pentru a confirma aceasta ipoteza.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>GHIMBIR: CONTRAINDICATII<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Fiind un aliment natural, consumul de ghimbir nu este periculos daca este realizat in dozele recomandate. Pentru a evita orice neplaceri, mai ales in cazul in care suferi de o afectiune cronica sau ai o conditie speciala (de exemplu esti insarcinata) este indicat sa ceri sfatul medicului tau inainte de a consuma ghimbir.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Intrucat nu sunt suficiente studii in acest sens, este indicat sa se evite consumul de ghimbir in perioada alaptarii si de catre copii.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Administrarea de catre copii mici, femei insarcinate, care doresc sa ramana insarcinate sau care alapteaza, persoanele cu alergii la oricare dintre componente se poate face la recomandarea consultantului de specialitate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Daca nu suferi de afectiuni care sa te impiedice sa folosesti ghimbirul in cure pentru mentinerea sanatatii, poti apela la aceasta resursa uimitoare a naturii ori de cate ori simti nevoia.
