Asigur\u0103-te c\u0103 consuma\u021bi alune \u00een mod moderat, deoarece au un con\u021binut caloric mai ridicat.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><em>Contraindica\u021bii de consum<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De\u0219i alunele de p\u0103dure sunt s\u0103n\u0103toase, acestea pot avea si contraindica\u021bii de consum. Dac\u0103 suferi de alergii sau restric\u021bii dietetice, verific\u0103 \u00eentotdeauna etichetele produselor \u0219i asigur\u0103-te c\u0103 alegi produse care se potrivesc nevoilor tale alimentare.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Alergia\u00a0se poate manifesta la doar c\u00e2teva minute de la consumul alunelor de p\u0103dure \u0219i presupune:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>inflama\u021bia pielii;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>m\u00e2nc\u0103rimi cutanate, mai ales in zona ochilor;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>furnic\u0103turi pe buze si limb\u0103;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>dureri abdominale;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>gre\u021buri\/vom\u0103;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>diaree.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Beneficiile alunelor de padure pentru sanatate<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>S-a dovedit stiintific ca este recomandat sa includem in dieta noastra zilnica o cantitate de aproximativ 25 de grame de alune de padure deoarece acestea aduc beneficii pentru sanatate, datorita nenumatarelor minerale, vitamine, grasimi bune si fibre.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Ideale pentru diabetici<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Sunt foarte des recomandate de catre medici pentru persoanele cu diabet, in special cel de tip II, datorita continutului de fibre dietetice care dau senzatia de satietate pentru mai mult timp dar si pentru ca previn cresterea nivelului de zahar. Totodata regleaza si colesterolul reducandu-l pe cel \u201crau\u201d si optimizand nivelul celui bun.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Benefic pentru sanatatea articulatiilor si a oaselor<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Datorita continutului bogat de magneziu, calciu si mangan, <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.planteea.ro\/nucifere\/alune\/\">alunele de padure<\/a><\/strong> devin o sursa esentiala pentru sanatatea si bunastarea oaselor si articulatiilor.
