Pentru ce este bun avocado? Descopera in randurile urmatoare.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Sus\u021bine o flor\u0103 intestinal\u0103 s\u0103n\u0103toas\u0103<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Avocado au un con\u021binut relativ ridicat de fibre, de aproximativ 14 g pentru fiecare fruct, ceea ce reprezinta aproape jum\u0103tate din doza zilnica recomandata. Un aport adecvat de fibre este important pentru s\u0103n\u0103tatea aparatului digestiv deoarece sus\u021bine dezvoltarea bacteriilor benefice.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Exista studii care au demonstrat ca un consum zilnic de avocado timp de 3 luni de zile a determinat o cre\u0219tere a diversit\u0103\u021bii florei bacteriene si o reducere a con\u021binutului de bila din intestin. Este un aspect important si prin prisma faptului ca o concentra\u021bie crescuta de bila se asociaz\u0103 cu inflama\u021bia cronica, element important in multiplicarea unor specii de bacterii cu impact negativ asupra s\u0103n\u0103t\u0103\u021bii, identificate de pilda la persoanele care sufer\u0103 de cancer de colon.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La persoanele care consuma avocado in mod regulat s-a remarcat o cre\u0219tere a popula\u021biilor bacteriene implicate in sinteza acizilor gra\u0219i cu lan\u021b scurt, inclusiv a acidului butiric. De asemenea, consumul regulat de avocado poate fi de ajutor in satisfacerea necesarului zilnic de nutrienti si pentru alte vitamine si minerale, cum sunt <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.planteea.ro\/capsule-comprimate\/\">vitamina C, potasiul sau vitamina B6<\/a><\/strong>.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In plus, con\u021binutul mare de fibre din avocado ajuta la prevenirea constipa\u021biei, un simptome frecvent si deranjant in perioada sarcinii. La adulti, consumul unui avocado pe zi timp de 6 luni a imbunatatit performantele obtinute la testele de memorie. Pe de alta parte, administrarea unui supliment de luteina nu a avut aceleasi rezultate, motiv pentru care se crede ca beneficiile avocado sunt mai complexe de atat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Protejeaza sanatatea ochilor<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Luteina si zeaxantina sunt antioxidanti regasiti la nivelul structurilor ochiului, fiind implicati in reglarea acuitatii vizuale. Consumul reggulat de avocado determina cresterea cantitatii de zeaxantina din organism si incurajeaza o mai buna disponibilitate a luteinei.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Are proprietati anticancerigene&nbsp;<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Avocado este o importanta sursa de antioxidanti, motiv pentru care are si un efect anticancerigen important. Evident, avocado poate fi folosit ca adjuvant in terapiile anticancer si poate face parte dintr-o dieta echilibrata. Exista mai multe moduri de a determina acest lucru:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Daca, la apasarea ferma a coajei, pulpa apare usor moale, fructul este copt;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Daca e usor sa ii desprinzi codita, iar sub aceasta culoarea fructului este verde, inseamna ca respectivul avocado este perfect pentru consum in ziua respectiva.\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Culoarea nu este un indicator fiabil al gradului de coacere, unele fructe fiind coapte si bune de mancat chiar daca au coaja verde.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Preparatele cu avocado sunt mai usor de pregatit si mai savuroase cand se foloseste fructul bine copt.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Retete cu avocado&nbsp;<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>In cazul in care esti in pana de idei in ceea ce priveste modul in care poti consuma avocado, venim cu cateva idei pe care credem ca le vei aprecia. De mentionat ca avocado poate fi inclus in numeroase retete si exista o mare varietate de\u00a0alimente pentru mic dejun\u00a0care pot fi asociate cu acest fruct.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Scrobul cu avocado<\/strong>: pune doua oua in tigaia cu putin ulei incins si amesteca in continuu. Adauga un pic de iaurt sau de smantana si, la final, cubulete de rosii si avocado. Stinge focul dupa doar cateva secunde, condimenteaza cu sare si piper si adauga branza rasa pe deasupra.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Pasta de avocado cu usturoi<\/strong>: transforma un avocado in pasta, adauga sare, piper, zeama de lamaie si un catel mic de usturoi si omogenizeaza bine. Mananca pasta obtinuta cu paine prajita.\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Salata cu avocado si ou<\/strong>: pregateste o salata din spanac, rucola, salata verde, condimenteaz-o cu putin <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.planteea.ro\/uleiuri-alimentare\/ulei-de-masline\/\">ulei de m\u0103sline<\/a><\/strong> si otet balsamic si adauga-i ou fiert tare si avocado, taiate cubulete. Daca preferi, ii poti creste valoarea nutritiva adaugand <a href=\"https:\/\/www.planteea.ro\/seminte-samburi\/\"><strong>seminte de dovleac<\/strong> sau de <strong>floarea soarelui<\/strong><\/a>, crude.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Smoothie cu avocado<\/strong>: este o reteta delicioasa pentru iubitorii de mancare sanatoasa. Pune in blender un avocado mediu, o mana de spanac si una de rucola, un fruct la alegere si o cana de lapte vegetal. La alegere, poti indulci cu putina miere. Daca esti amator de smoothie-uri, iata cateva\u00a0idei delicioase.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Toast cu avocado si iaurt<\/strong>: prajeste cateva felii de paine si pune cate un strat de iaurt pe fiecare dintre ele. Taie un avocado in felii subtiri si adauga-le peste iaurt. Condimenteaza cu sare, piper, ierburi aromatice dupa gust.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>In ceea ce priveste consumul de avocado, retete sunt nenumarate. Cele mai populare includ combinatiile de avocado cu ou, legume cu frunze verzi sau peste. Fructul poate fi inclus intr-o mare varietate de\u00a0meniuri pentru mic dejun, pranz si cina.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Avocado este un aliment complet, foarte bogat in nutrienti, care are o multitudine de beneficii atunci cand este inclus intr-o dieta echilibrata. Totusi, consumul exagerat nu este recomandat.
