Nu este nimic rau in a consuma mancare gatita, doar ca o mancam din placere, nu pentru calitatile nutritionale, care sunt slabe.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Stim ca enzimele se regasesc in toate cruditatile coapte natural, culese si consumate proaspat, in\u00a0algele marine, in bauturile de acest gen numite enzimatice, in semintele si nucile raw inmuiate, care au enzimele trezite la viata, gata pentru a pregati samanta sau nuca de germinare, si nu in ultimul rand,\u00a0vlastarii, care sunt sursele cele mai concentrate de enzime din lume. Plantele aromatice vor fi proaspat culese si adaugate impreuna cu fructele in borcanul unde totul se va transforma intr-o licoare minune, cu puteri si efecte miraculoase asupra intregului organism. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Este ideala pentru copii, adulti si persoane convalescente. Se lasa la fermentat la temperatura camerei, timp de 2-4 zile. Daca vezi bule la suprafata gusta bautura. Daca este putin acidulata, este gata. La acest punct se strecoara si se lasa cam un sfert de borcan pentru urmatoarea bautura care va fermenta mai repede. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ce ai strecurat, pastreaza in frigider timp de 1-3 zile, intr-un recipient de sticla cu capac. Pe masura ce o vei lasa, se va acidula la frigider tot mai mult iar la temperatura camerei se va transforma in otet.<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-full is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"474\" height=\"316\" src=\"https:\/\/www.planteea.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/05\/image-3.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-5151\" style=\"width:492px;height:auto\" \/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-cine-poate-consuma-reteta\">Cine poate consuma reteta:<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Doar persoanelor care nu sufera de vreo afectiune cum ar fi cancer si tumori, probleme digestive precum colon iritabil, gastrite sau ulcere. De ce, fiindca persoanele care au cancer, tumori sau alte boli grave, nu au voie sa consume miere.\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Copiilor de la 1 an incolo, insa doar cantitati mici de aproximativ jumatate de pahar si observi daca copilul tolereaza bine lichidul.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Reactii adverse nu exista, doar ca de multe ori papilele gustative interpreteaza diferit anumite ingrediente spre exemplu, ghimbirul si turmericul, care pentru unele persoane are gust puternic de ardei iute nu il pot suporta deloc, chiar si in cantitati mici. Nu acesta este gustul, insa asa se intampla la unii.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Doar cu masura recomand aceasta reteta femeilor insarcinate si celor care alapteaza, adica cel mult\u00a01-2 pahare pe zi.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-limonada-detoxifianta-cu-ghimbir-si-triphala\">Limonada detoxifianta cu ghimbir si\u00a0triphala<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Iti propunem inca o reteta de limonada, in care ingredientele principale sunt ghimbirul si triphala \u2013 doua ingrediente bogate in nutrienti de calitate. Este important sa alegem ingrediente de calitate, fiindca doar asa putem beneficia de calitatile nutritionale si isi pot face efectul mai bine. Daca acestea sunt pesticizate, rezultatele nu sunt aceleasi.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Ghimbirul<\/strong>\u00a0\u2013 Despre ginger sau ghimbir, este o radacina minune foarte aromata, care ne poate ajuta asa de mult la nevoie. Se strecoara folosindu-se o sita sau o punga de strecurat si se consuma cu inghituri mici, pentru a amesteca lichidul cu enzimele digestive din saliva.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-pastrare\">Pastrare:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Ideal ar fi sa fie consumata imediat, sau la cateva ore de la preparare sau sa fie lasata la fermenta pentru un plus de probiotice.
