Cu toate acestea, una dintre componentele s\u00e2mburilor care se g\u0103se\u0219te cu prec\u0103dere \u00een miezul \u0219i uleiul amar, amigdalina, este adesea explorat\u0103 pentru toxicitatea sa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Caisa este bogat\u0103 \u00een proteine, monozaharide, polizaharide, gr\u0103simi, acizi \u0219i fibre alimentare.
