Semnificativ este faptul c\u0103 Japonia a transformat-o \u00eentr-un simbol na\u021bional, fapt dovedit de cele peste 20.000 de restaurante de pe teritoriul ei care servesc doar aceast\u0103 specialitate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De-a lungul istoriei, japonezii au demonstrat ca sunt buni la aproape orice \u2013 tehnologie, arhitectura, infrastructura, si nu in ultimul rand \u2013 mancare!\u00a0<strong>Bucataria lor traditionala<\/strong>\u00a0este cunoscuta in intreaga lume prin preparatele usoare si delicioase. Japonia este una din cele mai inalt cotate tari cand vine vorba de obiceiuri alimentare sanatoase si cred ca avem multe de invatat de la ei.<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"480\" height=\"270\" src=\"https:\/\/www.planteea.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/02\/image-30.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-5012\" \/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<p>In primul rand, bucataria japoneza se bazeaza foarte mult pe preparate din peste si fructe de mare. Ei consuma foarte putina carne rosie si, chiar si atunci cand o consuma (cu precadere vita), este renumita ca fiind cea mai buna carne rosie din lume.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Totusi, ce apreciez cel mai mult la bucataria lor este ca dispune de un numar foarte mare de mancaruri care sunt vegane din start. Se pricep foarte bine sa gateasca tot felul de legume, fructe si chiar si alge de mare (numite nori)!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Printre cele mai cunoscute preparate japoneze se enumera tocmai ramenul. Aceast\u0103<strong> supa<\/strong>\u00a0pe care o mananci si te saturi, nici nu mai este nevoie sa ceri si felul doi. In mod traditional, ramen contine\u00a0<strong>taitei<\/strong>, carne de porc taiata fin sau alt tip de carne, legume si verdeturi, precum ceapa verde si patrunjel si alge, dar si jumatate de ou fiert.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nu e greu deloc sa faci ramen vegan, ceea ce vom face si noi astazi! \ud83d\ude42 Trebuie doar sa nu pui carne si ou si ramai cu o panza alba perfecta pentru experimentat!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sigur, asta nu inseamna ca o sa iti mai fie foame dupa ce mananci un bol de ramen vegan. Ba din contra, s-ar putea sa te saturi dintr-un singur bol, iti garantez!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sunt multe moduri in care poti sa faci ramen vegan, la fel de multe ca si cele pentru ramen normal! De pilda, in loc de carne poti sa suplinesti cu tofu afumat sau la grill \u2013 poti de exemplu sa folosesti o parte din reteta mea pentru cubulete de tofu cu usturoi, se potrivesc de minune la ramen!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Alt lucru important este legat de legumele pe care le vei folosi. Majoritatea retetelor de ramen nu folosesc mai mult de doua, trei legume diferite (inclusiv algele, care sunt obligatorii in reteta traditionala), asa ca ar fi mai bine sa eviti sa faci ceva asemanator cu\u00a0<strong>supa de pui<\/strong>\u00a0clasica, din copilaria noastra, caci nu despre asta este vorba! In al doilea rand, ciupercile au o textura similara cu unele carnuri, deci pot suplimenta aroma si textura intregului preparat, pentru a-l face sa se simta ca un bol de ramen clasic! Mie personal imi plac ciupercile si goale si cred cu tarie ca acestea au potentialul de a imbogati foarte multe retete! \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Reteta de ramen, fie ea vegana sau cu carne, este o reteta nu foarte grea, dar care dureaza putin sa fie gata datorita multiplelor etape de gatit. Daca simti ca ai timp, iti recomand sa o incerci cu incredere! As recomanda sa incepi cu reteta aceasta simpla de ramen mai intai, iar dupa aceea poti sa incerci si retete mai avansate daca esti pasionat de bucataria japoneza!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Japonezii au ei modul lor deosebit de a gati si de a face majoritatea lucrurilor, cu o minutiozitate de invidiat, lucru care ii deosebeste de restul lumii. Insa asta nu inseamna ca nu ar trebui ca fiecare dintre noi macar sa incerce sa includa acea ambitie si dragoste in retetele e care le pregatim!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In Japonia, ramen este simbolul pranzului clasei muncitoare. Restaurantele de ramen au ora de varf, mai ales in timpul pranzului, cand toata lumea iese in pauza de masa. Ramen-ul si bucataria japoneza in general au crescut in popularitate in intreaga lume in ultimul timp, iar asta ma bucura foarte tare!
