Spre deosebire de cartofii albi, ace\u0219tia nu con\u021bin gr\u0103simi \u0219i colesterol \u0219i au mai pu\u021bine calorii, aproximativ 100 kcal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00cen ceea ce prive\u0219te con\u021binutul de vitamine \u0219i minerale, cartoful dulce ofer\u0103 organismului 120% din doza zilnic\u0103 recomandat\u0103 (DZR) de vitamina A, 30% din DZR de vitamina C, 13% DZR de potasiu \u0219i c\u00e2te 4% din DZR de calciu \u0219i fier. \u00cen cantit\u0103\u021bi mai mici se g\u0103sesc \u0219i vitaminele E, B5 \u0219i B6.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00cen plus, \u00een compozi\u021bia cartofilor dulci se g\u0103sesc trei compu\u0219i cu rol antioxidant:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Betacarotenul:<\/strong>\u00a0un carotenoid pe care organismul \u00eel converte\u0219te \u00een vitamina A. Cartofii dulci sunt o excelent\u0103 surs\u0103 de betacaroten, pe care organismul \u00eel poate converti cu u\u0219urin\u021b\u0103 \u00een vitamina A.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Men\u021bin s\u0103n\u0103tatea tractului intestinal<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Fibrele \u0219i antioxidan\u021bii din compozi\u021bia cartofilor dulci joac\u0103 un rol important \u00een men\u021binerea s\u0103n\u0103t\u0103\u021bii tractului intestinal. Fierbe cubule\u021bele de cartof dulce \u00eentr-un vas pentru 8-10 minute sau p\u00e2n\u0103 c\u00e2nd devine moale. Apoi, strecoar\u0103 apa \u0219i las\u0103 s\u0103 se r\u0103ceasc\u0103.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2. De \u00eendat\u0103 ce cubule\u021bele s-au r\u0103cit, pune-le \u00eentr-un blender al\u0103turi de celelalte ingrediente \u0219i amestec\u0103 p\u00e2n\u0103 c\u00e2nd ob\u021bii o compozi\u021bie omogen\u0103.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>3. Asezoneaz\u0103 hummusul cu sare \u0219i piper dup\u0103 gust. Pune cartofii pai pe o tav\u0103 \u00een care ai pus \u00een prealabil o h\u00e2rtie de copt \u0219i strope\u0219te-i cu ulei de m\u0103sline.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>3. Condimenteaz\u0103-i cu sare, fulgi de ardei iute \u0219i piper.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>4.
