Acum 2000 de ani erau utilizate in Orientul Mijlociu datorita proprietatilor sale revitalizante, dar si datorita gustului sau deosebit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In vremea dinastiilor chineze, <strong>susanul negru<\/strong> era considerat un tonic suprem al enegiei Jing si era atat de apreciat incat a devenit moneda de schimb intre casele nobililor. In acelasi timp, cetatenilor de rand le era interzis consumul de susan negru, dar in schimb li se cerea plata tributului in susan negru.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Exista de asemenea si multe legende care au la baza importanta susanului negru. O povestire asiriana ne povesteste despre ritualul zeilor de a bea vin\/lapte de susan negru inainte de a crea Pamantul. <\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-full\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.planteea.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/12\/image-36.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-4808\" \/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<p>O alta <strong>povestire chinezeasca<\/strong> relateaza ca o femeie din China antica a trait mult peste 80 de ani dupa ce a consumat\u00a0seminte de susan negru.<br><strong>In India este cunoscut<\/strong> <strong>sub numele de \u201crasayana\u201d adica \u201ccel care prelungeste viata\u201d<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In prezent, in lume, susanul este cultivat in <strong>India, Myanmar si China, iar in Europa, in Grecia si sudul Italiei<\/strong>.<br><strong>Susanul negru este mai bogat in nutrienti decat celelalte\u00a0 tipuri de susan<\/strong>, fiind sursa celui mai bun ulei pentru scopuri vindecatoare. Gustul sau este dulce si are aroma de nuca. <strong>Semintele de susan negru au o aroma mai puternica si un continut de antioxidanti mai mare decat cele albe<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Studiile<\/strong> au aratat ca <strong>susanul negru<\/strong> contine\u00a0<strong>60% mai mult calciu<\/strong>\u00a0decat susanul alb precum si cantitati mari de <strong>proteine, fier si magneziu<\/strong>. <\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-medium\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.planteea.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/12\/image-37-500x333.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-4809\" \/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<p><strong>1 gram seminte susan negru contin 85 miligrame calciu, fier, magneziu, fosfor, mangan, potasiu, zinc, seleniu, lecitina, vitaminele E, B1, B6, B9, care sunt usor de asimilat<\/strong>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Semintele de susan<\/strong> au in compozitie\u00a0 <strong>5% apa, 50% grasimi, 25% carbohidrati, 20% proteine si aminoacizi esentiali ( contin cu 50% mai multe proteine decat carnea) si datorita proteinelor de calitate continute si aminoacizilor sunt recomandate copiilor aflati in crestere<\/strong>. De asemenea, semintele de susan sunt bogate in acid oleic, care indeparteaza\u00a0 colesterolul rau din corp si curata sangele si a acidului linoleic (omega 3), doi compusi cu proprietati de protectie a inimii si a sistemului vascular.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Efectele sale curative<\/strong>\u00a0sunt multiple, datorita continutului bogat in calciu , seminte de susan negru fiind recomande si in prevenirea\u00a0<strong>osteoporozei<\/strong>.<br><strong>Semintele de susan<\/strong>\u00a0se recomanda mai ales in cazurile de <strong>oboseala cronica<\/strong> sau in perioadele de covalescenta, datorita continutului sau bogat in minerale si vitamine indispensabile corpului uman. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>De exemplu, o singur\u0103 lingura de seminte de susan contine suficiente vitamine si minerale pentru ca organismul sa fie energizant pentru cateva ore bune.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Hipertensiunea\u00a0 arteriala si bolile de inima<\/strong>\u00a0pot fi prevenite prin cosumul semintelor de susan negru.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Unul dintre cele mai cunoscute beneficii ale semintelor de susan se refera la <strong>efectul antiinflamator si antioxidant<\/strong> pe care acestea il au asupra organismului.<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-medium is-resized\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.planteea.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/12\/image-35-500x334.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-4807\" style=\"width:507px;height:auto\" \/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-cum-se-consuma-faina-din-seminte-de-susan-negru\">Cum se consuma faina din\u00a0seminte de susan negru:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Se recomanda 4 linguri\/zi in cure sau <strong>bucataria raw<\/strong>, la prepararea smoothie-urilor, jumusului, crackers, halva, prajituri, falafel.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-despre-faina-de-susan-negru\">Despre f\u0103ina de susan negru<\/h2>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-medium is-resized\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.planteea.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/12\/image-38-500x414.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-4810\" style=\"width:490px;height:auto\" \/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<p><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.planteea.ro\/cereale\/faina-susan\/\">Faina de susan negru<\/a><\/strong> este fabricata din seminte de susan macinate fin fara a fi supuse la temperaturi ridicate. Susanul este considerat in prezent unul dintre produsele cu potential de aliment-medicament, fiind utilizat de peste 5000 de ani. <strong>Femeile din Babilonul Antic preparau un amestec din seminte de susan si miere (halva) pentru a prelungi tineretea si frumusetea<\/strong>, iar soldatii romani consumau un astfel de aliment pentru putere si energie. Datorita proprietatilor sale, in Evul Mediu, semintele de susan valorau cat greutatea lor in aur.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-valori-nutritive-faina-din-semin\u021be-de-susan-negru\">Valori nutritive f\u0103in\u0103 din semin\u021be de susan negru<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Susanul contine vitaminele A, C , E, vitamine din complexul B, minerale, precum cupru, calciu, mangan, magneziu, fosfor, fier, zinc, mobilden, seleniu, fibre, proteine, lecitina, acid folic. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De asemenea <strong>semintele de susan<\/strong> sunt o sursa de sesamol si sesaminol, antioxidanti puternici si compusi antiinflamatori, pe care cercetatorii ii considera benefici in prevenirea si tratarea bolilor de inima si aterosclerozei. Semintele de susan contin lignani, compusi care fac parte din categoria fitoestrogenilor, cu rol de protectie antioxidanta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p> Lignanii protejeaza organismul impotriva cancerului de san, colon, prostata si cel de piele si previne efectele imbatranirii.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Beneficii<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><em>Calciul din semintele de susan negru:<\/em><br><\/strong>\u2713 Ajuta la prevenirea pierderii osoase si mentine sanatatea dintilor, pielii, parului si a unghiilor.<br>\u2713 Protejeaza colonul de celule canceroase.<br>\u2713 Previne migrenele si amelioreaza simptomele acesteia.<br>\u2713 Are un rol important in hidratarea celulelor, stimuleaza secretia glandelor si sprijina sistemul nervos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><em>Cuprul din semintele de susan negru:<\/em><br><\/strong>\u2713 Amelioreaza durerea cauzata de artrita reumatoida.<br>\u2713 Ajuta la formarea hemoglobinei si a celulelor rosii, realizand o absorbtie mai usoara a fierului.<br>\u2713 Influenteaza metabolismul proteinelor si procesul de cicatrizare.<br>\u2713 Datorita proprietatilor antioxidante, cuprul previne afectiunile cardiovasculare.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><em>Semintele de susan negru contin magneziu, al patrulea cel mai important mineral din organism:<\/em><br><\/strong>\u2713 Magneziul este principalul remediu antistres. Acesta echilibreaza si controleaza hormonii de stres si relaxeaza sistemul nervos.<br>\u2713 Mentine inima sanatoasa si sustine activitatea cardiaca.<br>\u2713 Magneziul are proprietati antioxidante care ajuta la lupta impotriva radicalilor liberi, vinovati pentru imbatranirea prematura a celulelor.<br>\u2713 Magneziul ajuta la restabilirea valorilor optime ale PH-ului, remineralizeaza dintii, are rol detoxifiant si mentine hidratarea organismului.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-halva-din-seminte-de-susan\">Halva din seminte de susan<\/h2>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-medium\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.planteea.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/12\/image-34-500x333.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-4805\" \/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-ingrediente-reteta\">Ingrediente reteta <\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>1 can\u0103 <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.planteea.ro\/cereale\/faina-susan\/\">f\u0103in\u0103 de susan<\/a><\/strong> alb sau negru<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>5 samburi\u00a0<strong>migdale<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>5 linguri\u00a0<strong>miere<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 lingura\u00a0<strong>ulei de cocos<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 lingura\u00a0<strong>karob<\/strong>\u00a0(pudra de roscove)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 lingurita zeama de lamaie<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>vanilie<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Mod de preparare reteta Halva din seminte de susan<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.planteea.ro\/cereale\/faina-susan\/\">F\u0103ina de susan negru<\/a><\/strong> se rasneste impreuna cu migdalele (daca vrei, migdalele pot fi decojite in prealabil, dar nu este obligatoriu) pana obtii o faina umeda.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Vei adauga mierea, uleiul de cocos, zeama de lamaie si vanilia, rasnind pentru inca cateva secunde, pana constati ca ai o consistenta cremoasa.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Se dau deoparte 2 linguri de compozitie, care se amesteca cu pudra de roscove.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Asezi cele doua compozitii intercalate intr-un vas (eventual o caserola dreptunghiulara, pentru aspectul clasic de halva) si le presezi, uniformizandu-le.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Dai halvaua de seminte de susan la frigider pentru cateva ore, apoi o poti scoate din forma si taia dupa preferinta.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Halvaua se pastreaza la frigider.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>O consumi pe post de desert sau cu paine, dimineata la micul dejun.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">&nbsp;&nbsp; Observatii reteta Halva din seminte de susan<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Dat fiind ca reteta de halva din seminte de susan contine si ingrediente lichide (cum ar fi mierea) recomandam ca rasnirea sa se faca intr-un blender, nu in rasnita de cafea, intrucat cea din urma ar putea sa se strice.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>In cazul in care nu tii halvaua la frigider, ea isi va pierde din consistenta si nu vei mai reusi sa o tai la fel de bine.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Preparatul tau isi ia dulceata atat din miere, cat si din semintele de susan.
