Din semin\u021bele acestei plante se prepar\u0103 o <strong>f\u0103in\u0103 s\u0103n\u0103toas\u0103<\/strong> ce <strong>NU CON\u021aINE GLUTEN<\/strong>. Sorgul este considerat o cereal\u0103 a viitorului, datorit\u0103 valen\u021belor multiple \u0219i a propriet\u0103\u021bilor sale nutritive. Pentru c\u0103 aceste culturi rezist\u0103 bine la secet\u0103, au sezon scurt de cultivare \u0219i costuri relativ reduse de produc\u021bie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Din <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.planteea.ro\/cereale\/faina-sorg\/\">f\u0103ina de sorg<\/a><\/strong> se pot face diverse produse de panifica\u021bie, at\u00e2t dospite c\u00e2t \u015fi nedospite, cum ar fi: p\u00e2ine, pr\u0103jituri, biscui\u021bi, paste sau blat de pizza. Din punct de vedere nutri\u021bional, sorgul este bogat \u00een fier, calciu, potasiu sau policosinol, un compus care poate reduce <strong>colesterolul<\/strong> \u015fi \u00eembun\u0103t\u0103\u021bi s\u0103n\u0103tatea inimii. \u00cen plus, se diger\u0103 lent \u015fi are un <strong>indice glicemic sc\u0103zut<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-medium\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.planteea.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/12\/image-1-500x347.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-4735\" \/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Valorile nutri\u021bionale ale sorgului<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Sorgul este o cereal\u0103 u\u0219or subestimat\u0103, bogat\u0103 \u00een nutrien\u021bi. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>O jum\u0103tate de can\u0103 de sorg nefiert (100 de grame) ofer\u0103 329 kcal, 11 g proteine, 3 g gr\u0103sime, 72 g carbohidra\u021bi \u0219i 7 g fibre. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sorgul este, de asemenea, o surs\u0103 bun\u0103 de urm\u0103torii micronutrien\u021bi: <strong>vitamina B1, vitamina B6, cupru, fier, magneziu, fosfor, potasiu, seleniu, zinc<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-medium\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.planteea.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/12\/image-2-500x338.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-4736\" \/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Sorgul, cereala viitorului<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Sorgul pentru boabe poate fi cultivat \u00eentr-un mod similar cu porumbul, dar este mai nutritiv. \u00cen 2020, suprafa\u021ba sem\u0103nat\u0103 cu\u00a0\u00a0sorg\u00a0a crescut cu 18% \u00een Uniunea European\u0103. O proprietate interesant\u0103 este c\u0103 ajut\u0103 la legarea umezelii \u00een aluat, precum \u0219i la formarea bulelor de CO2 la prepararea p\u00e2inii. Totu\u0219i pentru a ob\u021bine rezultate bune este indicat\u0103 amestecarea acesteia cu <strong>amidonul de tapioca<\/strong>, deoarece se \u00eembun\u0103t\u0103\u021be\u0219te textura \u0219i volumul. Pentru a cre\u0219te con\u021binutul de umiditate se poate ad\u0103uga mai mult ulei sau ou\u0103. <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.planteea.ro\/culinare\/otet-de-mere\/\">O\u021betul de cidru de mere<\/a><\/strong> sau acidul ascorbic poate, de asemenea, s\u0103 dezvolte volumul aluaturilor f\u0103cute cu f\u0103in\u0103 de sorg.
