Apa, drojdia si zaharul se amesteca si se toarna peste faina. Se lasa 10 minute la odihnit. Apoi se adauga sarea si chimenul si se amesteca cu mana sau cu ajutorul unui mixer, sau in aparatul de facut paine (acolo mai intai se pune lichidul si apoi faina). Chimenul l-am macinat un pic astfel incat sa ramana si bucati intregi si pudra.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Se obtine un aluat extrem de moale, la care apoi se adauga treptat restul de faina.Se framanta la robot sau cu mana cel putin 5 minute.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Se lasa la dospit cel putin 30 de minute la un loc caldut, sau pana se dubleaza. Uitati ce frumos a crescut.&nbsp;<strong>Nu mai adaugati faina<\/strong>&nbsp;chiar daca aluatul este moale! Asa trebuie sa fie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dupa ce aluatul a dospit, se framanta un pic pe masa de lucru infainata (se degazeaza \u2013 adica se elimina gazele formate in timpul dospirii). Aluatul este lipicios si se va prelucra pe masa de lucru usor infainata.
