Ani buni te vei folosi de el, vei putea \u00eencerca o varietate de feluri de m\u00e2ncare, ve\u021bi c\u00e2\u0219tiga timp \u0219i s\u0103n\u0103tate. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p> Deci dac\u0103 blenderul e de putere mai mic\u0103, las\u0103 mai multe minute (3-4), p\u00e2n\u0103 ob\u021bii o past\u0103 mai groas\u0103, pe care o pui \u00een tav\u0103. Se las\u0103 la cuptor 180 grade \u2013 30 min sau 200 grade \u2013 20 min. Cheia succesului \ud83d\ude42 \u2013 \u00eensiropeaz\u0103 blatul dup\u0103 ce se r\u0103ce\u0219te, c\u00e2nd e c\u0103ldu\u021b. Po\u021bi folosi suc de mere sau ap\u0103 cu miere \u0219i c\u00e2teva pic\u0103turi de esen\u021b\u0103 de rom pur (bio) sau c\u00e2teva pic\u0103turi de suc proasp\u0103t de l\u0103m\u00e2ie. Dup\u0103 ce se r\u0103ce\u0219te bine se adaug\u0103 crema \u0219i se presar\u0103 deasupra pudra de ro\u0219cove ( noi am folosit o strecur\u0103toare de ceai, foarte deas\u0103, cu care am cernut pudra). <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Crema<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00cen timp ce blatul se coace, se amestec\u0103 bine toate ingredientele la blender, p\u00e2n\u0103 c\u00e2nd ob\u021binem o past\u0103 fin\u0103, un fel de spum\u0103 cremoas\u0103 sau crem\u0103 spumoas\u0103 \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p> Se las\u0103 la rece p\u00e2n\u0103 c\u00e2nd e gata copt \u0219i r\u0103cit blatul, apoi se adaug\u0103 peste blat \u0219i se orneaz\u0103, dup\u0103 cum am explicat mai sus. Se las\u0103 apoi m\u0103car 1 or\u0103 la frigider (dac\u0103 rezista\u021bi \ud83d\ude42 ). Din experien\u021ba noastr\u0103, cea mai bun\u0103 este a doua zi sau la minim 8 ore dup\u0103 ce am preg\u0103tit-o. Ad\u0103ugarea treptat\u0103 a laptelui \u0219i a celor dou\u0103 f\u0103inuri ajut\u0103 la o omogenizare mai bun\u0103 \u0219i evitarea form\u0103rii de cocoloa\u0219e.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Adaugi \u0219i cealalt\u0103 cantitate de lapte, omogenizezi, dup\u0103 care adaugi f\u0103ina de mei, scor\u021bi\u0219oara.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>C\u00e2nd aluatul este omogen \u0219i nelipicios, \u00eenf\u0103inezi blatul de lucru \u0219i \u00eentinzi o foaie cu ajutorul sucitorului de aproximativ 0,5 cm grosime.
