Ar fi de preferat s\u0103 folosim un prosop pentru a elimina c\u00e2t mai bine lichidul.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Apoi vom t\u0103ia ceapa \u0219i p\u0103trunjelul m\u0103runt. \u00centr-un bol cuprinz\u0103tor, amestec\u0103m toate ingredientele. Drojdia inactiv\u0103 o folosim pentru valoarea sa nutri\u021bional\u0103, a\u0219a c\u0103 dac\u0103 nu ai sau nu \u00ee\u021bi place, o po\u021bi omite. adauga\u021bi treptat apa rece \u0219i continua\u021bi s\u0103 fr\u0103m\u00e2nta\u021bi p\u00e2n\u0103 c\u00e2nd ob\u021bine\u021bi un aluat omogen; forma\u021bi o bila de aluat, pune\u021bi-l \u00eentr-o punga resigilabila \u0219i l\u0103sa\u021bi \u00een frigider timp de 30 de minute.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><br>\u00centre timp, pune\u021bi \u00eentr-un bol blocul de tofu stors de lichid \u0219i zdrobi\u021bi-l bine cu o furculi\u021b\u0103 sau cu m\u00e2na;
