Toate ingredientele se pun \u00een blender sau robotul de buc\u0103t\u0103rie \u0219i se paseaz\u0103 p\u00e2n\u0103 c\u00e2nd se ob\u021bine o past\u0103 omogen\u0103.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La final, potrive\u0219te dup\u0103 gust cu sare, piper \u0219i zeam\u0103 de l\u0103m\u00e2ie. <br>Din blender, transfer\u0103m hummus-ul \u00eentr-un bol sau pe o farfurie. C\u00e2nt\u0103rim f\u0103ina \u00eentr-un castron, ad\u0103ug\u0103m sarea \u0219i amestec\u0103m. Punem pe foc, \u00eentr-un ibric, apa \u0219i uleiul \u0219i aducem la fierbere, apoi oprim imediat focul. Facem loc cu lingura de lemn \u00een mijlocul f\u0103inii din castron \u0219i turn\u0103m lichidul fierbinte, amestec\u00e2nd cu lingura de lemn.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2. \u00cen mijlocul f\u0103inii din castron se va forma o past\u0103. Amestec\u0103m cu lingura de lemn, \u00eencerc\u00e2nd s\u0103 \u00eencorpor\u0103m c\u00e2t mai mult\u0103 f\u0103in\u0103. La un moment dat, lingura de lemn nu va mai fi de ajutor, rezult\u00e2nd o compozi\u021bie neomogen\u0103.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>3. Lu\u0103m aluatul la fr\u0103m\u00e2ntat. Va fi destul de v\u00e2rtos \u0219i nu prea elastic \u00een prim\u0103 faz\u0103. Ca alternativ\u0103, putem s\u0103 fr\u0103m\u00e2nt\u0103m \u0219i cu robotul. Alegem o tigaie cu fundul mai gros. Dac\u0103 e non-aderent\u0103, nu va fi nevoie de niciun pic de ulei la coacerea alor noastre lipii. Punem tigaia pe foc mediu-iute \u0219i o l\u0103s\u0103m s\u0103 se \u00eencing\u0103 bine, bine de tot.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>7. Cur\u0103\u021b\u0103m ceapa \u0219i usturoiul, le tocam m\u0103runt. Punem pentru cel pu\u021bin 16 (preferabil 24) ore n\u0103utul la hidratat \u00een ap\u0103 rece.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dup\u0103 trecerea timpului de stat la hidratat \u00eel scurgem bine printr-o sit\u0103 \u0219i \u00eel punem \u00eentr-un robot de buc\u0103t\u0103rie al\u0103turi de restul ingredientelor mai pu\u021bin f\u0103ina \u0219i uleiul.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mix\u0103m prin pulsare p\u00e2n\u0103 ob\u021binem o compozi\u021bie asem\u0103n\u0103toare cu quinoa crud\u0103. Verific\u0103m de gust.
