Este bogat \u00eentr-o mul\u021bime de nutrien\u021bi esen\u021biali pentru organism \u2013 <strong>magneziu, potasiu, calciu, fier, fibre, fosfor, vitamina E<\/strong> etc. Con\u021bine chiar mai mul\u021bi <strong>antioxidan\u021bi<\/strong> dec\u00e2t laptele de vac\u0103. <strong>Imit\u0103 foarte bine densitatea \u0219i culoarea laptelui de vac\u0103<\/strong> \u0219i con\u021bine proteine, vitamine \u0219i minerale.
