El ne sus\u021bine organismul \u00een adaptarea la vicisitudinilor sezonului rece, posed\u00e2nd, atunci c\u00e2nd este g\u0103tit corespunz\u0103tor, efecte vitaminizante. Asta este tot cu umplutura, o l\u0103s\u0103m la r\u0103cit.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00cen timp ce umplutura se r\u0103ce\u0219te, prepar\u0103m aluatul.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>C\u00e2nt\u0103rim ingredientele uscate \u2013 t\u0103r\u00e2\u021bele de ov\u0103z, f\u0103ina integral\u0103 \u0219i le amestec\u0103m cu praful de copt \u0219i sarea.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00cen bolul \u00een care am pus amestecul de f\u0103inuri, facem o gropi\u021b\u0103 \u0219i turn\u0103m untul topit \u0219i r\u0103cit. Ad\u0103ug\u0103m r\u00e2nd pe r\u00e2nd: o\u021betul de mere, iaurtul grecesc, \u00eendulcitorul \u0219i esen\u021ba de vanilie.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Amestec\u0103m cu o spatul\u0103 din silicon p\u00e2n\u0103 \u00eencorpor\u0103m toate ingredientele, apoi fr\u0103m\u00e2nt\u0103m cu m\u00e2n\u0103 p\u00e2n\u0103 c\u00e2nd ob\u021binem aluatul. Bila de aluat format\u0103 o \u00eenfoliem \u0219i o d\u0103m la frigider cca. 30 de minute, pentru ca f\u0103inurile s\u0103 se hidrateze bine iar aluatul s\u0103 se \u00eent\u0103reasc\u0103 pu\u021bin.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Dup\u0103 cele 30 min. de stat la frigider, scoatem aluatul \u0219i \u00eel \u00eemp\u0103r\u021bim \u00een dou\u0103 p\u0103r\u021bi egale. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00centindem fiecare bucat\u0103 pe r\u00e2nd, \u00eentre doua foi de h\u00e2rtie de copt. Asta ne ajut\u0103 s\u0103 nu mai folosim f\u0103ina pe blatul de lucru \u0219i foaia de aluat s\u0103 se \u00eentind\u0103 foarte u\u0219or. Circa 0.5 cm grosime, nu foarte sub\u021bire.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Decup\u0103m fiecare foaie de aluat at\u00e2t c\u00e2t s\u0103 ne ajung\u0103 pentru tava \u00een care alegem s\u0103 coacem pl\u0103cinta. Astfel buc\u0103\u021bile decupate pentru a ob\u021bine forma pe care ne-o dorim le suprapunem peste aluat \u0219i \u00eentindem din nou p\u00e2n\u0103 ajungem la forma final\u0103.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Fie dreptunghiular\u0103, p\u0103trat\u0103 sau rotund\u0103, conteaz\u0103 mai pu\u021bin forma.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A\u0219ez\u0103m o foaie de aluat, o \u00een\u021bep\u0103m din loc \u00een loc cu furculi\u021ba.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Apoi ad\u0103ug\u0103m peste umplutur\u0103, o \u00eentindem pe toata suprafa\u021ba \u0219i acoperim cu cea de-a doua foaie de aluat.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ungem cu un g\u0103lbenu\u0219 de ou amestecat cu 1 linguri\u021b\u0103 de lapte, \u00een\u021bep\u0103m cu furculi\u021ba din loc \u00een loc \u0219i foaia de deasupra \u0219i pres\u0103r\u0103m <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.planteea.ro\/zahar\/melasa\/\">zah\u0103r brun<\/a><\/strong> pentru a se carameliza frumos. \ud83e\udd70<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Coacem pentru cca. 30 min, apoi acoperim pl\u0103cinta cu o h\u00e2rtie de copt \u00eenmuiat\u0103 \u00een ap\u0103 \u0219i stoars\u0103 ine. Mai coacem pentru \u00eenca cca. 15 min.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Rezult\u0103 un aluat moale la interior cu o crusta deosebit\u0103 la exterior \u0219i o umplutur\u0103 generos de aromat\u0103\u2026  Ce s\u0103-\u021bi mai dore\u0219ti?! \ud83d\ude0a<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sper\u0103m s\u0103 \u00eencerci re\u021beta propus\u0103 de noi.
