Prin acest procedeu rezult\u0103 o f\u0103in\u0103 hr\u0103nitoare, bogat\u0103 \u00een nutrien\u021bi, mai u\u0219or de asimilat de organism dec\u00e2t semin\u021bele de in \u00eentregi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Semin\u021bele de in sunt&nbsp;<strong>cea mai important\u0103 surs\u0103 vegetal\u0103 de acid alfa-linoleic (acid gras Omega 3)<\/strong>. Acest efect s-a datorat con\u021binutului bogat \u00een fibre \u0219i lignani, care ader\u0103 la s\u0103rurile biliare \u0219i ajut\u0103 la reducerea colesterolului.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Regleaz\u0103 nivelul de zah\u0103r din s\u00e2nge<\/strong><\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Con\u021binutul de fibre insolubile al semin\u021belor de in determin\u0103 o \u00eencetinire a eliber\u0103rii zah\u0103rului \u00een s\u00e2nge \u0219i o sc\u0103dere natural\u0103 a glicemiei.
