Pune la c\u0103lit ceapa \u0219i usturoiul, timp de circa 5 minute, amestec\u00e2nd des. Ad\u0103ug\u0103 spanacul, iar \u00een momentul \u00een care acesta \u00eencepe s\u0103 se \u00eenmoaie, toarn\u0103 vinul \u0219i continu\u0103 s\u0103 g\u0103te\u0219ti p\u00e2n\u0103 c\u00e2nd se evapor\u0103 tot lichidul. Scoate legumele din tigaie \u0219i d\u0103-le deoparte.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00centr-un castron mare, amestec\u0103 laptele, ou\u0103le, br\u00e2nza, nuc\u0219oara, sarea \u0219i piperul.
