Aceast\u0103 vitamin\u0103 poate ajunge \u00een organism prin\u00a0<strong>intermediul alimenta\u021biei<\/strong>\u00a0sau se poate forma\u00a0<strong>la nivelul pielii \u00een urma expunerii adecvate la razele solare<\/strong>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Studiile din ultimii ani au demonstrat faptul c\u0103 <strong>vitamina D<\/strong> contribuie la func\u021bionarea corect\u0103 a multor \u021besuturi \u0219i organe din corp, inclusiv a creierului, inimii, mu\u0219chilor \u0219i pielii, iar <strong>deficitul<\/strong> acestui nutrient a fost asociat cu mai multe afec\u021biuni, printre care anumite <strong>tipuri de cancer, boli autoimune, tulbur\u0103ri cardiovasculare \u0219i neurologice<\/strong>, precum \u0219i afec\u021biuni dermatologice. Cu toate acestea, ficatul le metabolizeaz\u0103 diferit. Cele mai multe&nbsp;<strong>studii<\/strong>&nbsp;arat\u0103 c\u0103 <strong>vitamina D3 este mai eficient\u0103 dec\u00e2t vitamina D2<\/strong> \u00een cre\u0219terea nivelului sangvin de calcidiol.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pielea produce vitamina D3 atunci c\u00e2nd este expus\u0103 la lumina soarelui. Aceste descoperiri ar putea schimba actualele standarde de administrare ale suplimentelor, care p\u00e2n\u0103 acum indicau c\u0103 vitaminele D2 \u0219i D3 au acela\u0219i efect.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Studiul controlat randomizat a relevat faptul c\u0103 administrarea vitaminei D3 timp de 12 s\u0103pt\u0103m\u00e2ni a dus la niveluri mult mai ridicate de 25-OH vitamina D (calcidiol) dec\u00e2t administrarea de vitamina D2, care era folosit\u0103, p\u00e2n\u0103 acum, \u00een majoritatea suplimentelor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p><strong>Cercet\u0103rile au scos la iveal\u0103 faptul c\u0103 vitamina D3  este convertit\u0103 mult mai eficient de c\u0103tre organism \u00een hormoni necesari bunei sale func\u021bion\u0103ri.<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p>Prin urmare, cei care \u00ee\u0219i iau aportul de vitamina D3 din pe\u0219te, ou\u0103, carne ro\u0219ie, ficat de vit\u0103 sau <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.planteea.ro\/vitamine\/-vitamina-d\/\">suplimente alimentare<\/a><\/strong>, vor avea un nivel de vitamina D de dou\u0103 ori mai crescut \u00een compara\u021bie cu cei care consum\u0103 alimente bogate \u00een D2, precum ciupercile, p\u00e2inea fortifiat\u0103 sau suplimentele cu vitamina D2.<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-full is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.planteea.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/09\/image-23.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-4244\" style=\"width:527px;height:396px\" width=\"527\" height=\"396\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.planteea.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/09\/image-23.png 688w, https:\/\/www.planteea.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/09\/image-23-500x375.png 500w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 527px) 100vw, 527px\" \/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-align-left\">Cine are cea mai mare nevoie de Vitamina D3 ?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>E important s\u0103 \u0219tim c\u0103 to\u021bi oamenii au nevoie de aceast\u0103 vitamin\u0103, fiind esen\u021bial\u0103 pentru s\u0103n\u0103tatea organismului.
