Procesul numit oxidare transform\u0103 frunzele verzi \u00eentr-o culoare maroniu-negru \u00eenchis. Oxidarea \u00eenseamn\u0103 c\u0103 frunzele sunt expuse la aer umed, bogat \u00een oxigen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Produc\u0103torii de ceai pot controla gradul de oxidare. Denumirea de <strong>&#8222;English Breakfast&#8221;<\/strong> provine de la comercian\u021bii care l-au introdus pe pia\u021ba britanic\u0103 \u0219i i-a fost conferit\u0103 datorit\u0103 faptului c\u0103 era foarte bine asortat cu micul dejun englezesc. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.planteea.ro\/produse\/filtre\/in_stoc\/?q=english%20breakfast%20&amp;qc=Ceaiuri%20clasice\">Ceaiul English Breakfast<\/a><\/strong> a fost f\u0103cut cunoscut de c\u0103tre <strong>regina Victoria<\/strong>, o mare iubitoare de ceai negru. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Gustul puternic \u0219i aromat \u00eei confer\u0103 <strong>ceaiului English Breakfast<\/strong>, pe l\u00e2ng\u0103 complexitate \u0219i gust pl\u0103cut, o not\u0103 special\u0103 de asprime.
