Chiar englezii au \u00eencurajat cultivarea ceaiului pe aceast\u0103 insul\u0103, a c\u0103rei poveste te invit\u0103m s\u0103 o descoperi \u00een r\u00e2ndurile care urmeaz\u0103.<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-full is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.planteea.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/07\/image-91.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-4024\" width=\"510\" height=\"382\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.planteea.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/07\/image-91.png 1200w, https:\/\/www.planteea.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/07\/image-91-500x375.png 500w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 510px) 100vw, 510px\" \/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<p>\u00cen <strong>Sri Lanka<\/strong>, ceaiul negru are o tradi\u021bie relativ scurt\u0103, dac\u0103 o compar\u0103m cu alte \u021b\u0103ri, planta\u00a0<em>camellia sinensis<\/em>\u00a0fiind adus\u0103 aici de c\u0103tre britanici din China. Cultivarea \u0219i produc\u021bia de mas\u0103 a ceaiului au \u00eenceput \u00een Ceylon \u00een\u00a0<strong>anii 1870<\/strong>, dup\u0103 ce principala recolt\u0103 a insulei, cea de cafea, a fost distrus\u0103 de o boal\u0103 fungic\u0103. Tot r\u0103ul spre bine, am putea spune.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Industria ceaiului \u00een Ceylon<\/strong>&nbsp;a luat practic na\u0219tere \u00een 1867, c\u00e2nd James Taylor a \u00eenceput o planta\u021bie de ceai pe domeniul Loolecondera din Kandy. \u00cen 1872, el a ob\u021binut prima recolt\u0103 de ceai de Ceylon, iar un an mai t\u00e2rziu, acest sortiment a ajuns \u00een Londra. Treptat, \u0219i domeniile din jur s-au orientat spre cultivarea ceaiului.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>C\u00e2nd \u021bara \u0219i-a schimbat numele \u00een Sri Lanka \u00een 1972, s-a luat decizia de a se p\u0103stra numele\u00a0<strong>Ceylon<\/strong>\u00a0pentru ceaiul care devenise un adev\u0103rat brand na\u021bional, \u00een pofida unor opozan\u021bi care doreau ruperea total\u0103 de trecutul colonial.<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-large is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.planteea.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/07\/image-94-1200x583.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-4027\" width=\"511\" height=\"248\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.planteea.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/07\/image-94-1200x583.png 1200w, https:\/\/www.planteea.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/07\/image-94-500x243.png 500w, https:\/\/www.planteea.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/07\/image-94.png 1440w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 511px) 100vw, 511px\" \/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Regiunile de cultivare a ceaiului \u00een Ceylon<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Ceaiul Ceylon<\/strong> este de obicei \u00eemp\u0103r\u021bit \u00een trei categorii:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Ceaiul de cultur\u0103 joas\u0103<\/strong> \u2013 sub 600 de metri<br><strong>Ceai de cultur\u0103 medie<\/strong> \u2013 \u00eentre 600 \u0219i 1200 de metri<br><strong>Ceai de cultur\u0103 \u00eenalt\u0103<\/strong> \u2013 peste 1200 de metri<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Exist\u0103\u00a0<strong>\u0219apte regiuni celebre<\/strong>\u00a0de cultivare a ceaiului \u00een Sri Lanka, care \u00eei imprim\u0103 acestuia anumite tr\u0103s\u0103turi caracteristice: Nuwara Eliya, Dimbula, Uva, Uda Pussallawa, Kandy, Ruhuna, Sambaragamuwa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ceaiurile din fiecare zon\u0103 au un profil de arom\u0103 specific. Numele regiunii este aproape \u00eentotdeauna atribuit ceaiului \u0219i ajut\u0103 la recunoa\u0219terea aromei. Ceaiul negru cultivat la altitudine mare, cum ar fi ceaiurile din Nuwara Eliya, va avea de obicei o culoare mult mai deschis\u0103 \u0219i va avea o not\u0103 floral\u0103, \u00een timp ce cele din Ruhuna vor da o culoare ro\u0219ie mai \u00eenchis\u0103. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ceaiurile cultivate la altitudine joas\u0103 reprezint\u0103 peste 50% din produc\u021bia total\u0103 de ceai din Sri Lanka. Le vei \u00eent\u00e2lni adesea \u00een sortimentele\u00a0<strong>Earl Grey<\/strong>\u00a0sau \u00een blenduri cu fructe, fiind foarte potrivite de b\u0103ut la micul dejun sau brunch.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pot fi combinate\u00a0<strong>cu lapte<\/strong>, pentru a \u00eembl\u00e2nzi t\u0103ria gustului \u0219i astringen\u021ba\u00a0<strong>sau cu l\u0103m\u00e2ie<\/strong>, mai ales \u00een cazul ceaiurilor cu ghea\u021b\u0103. Este bogat \u00een antioxidan\u021bi<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.planteea.ro\/ceai-negru\/filtre\/basilur_tea\/\">Ceaiul negru Ceylon<\/a><\/strong> este bogat \u00een\u00a0<strong>antioxidan\u021bi<\/strong>, cu ajutorul c\u0103rora organismul nostru lupt\u0103 \u00eempotriva radicalilor liberi, care ne \u00eemb\u0103tr\u00e2nesc \u0219i cresc num\u0103rul de toxine din \u021besuturi. Po\u021bi folosi fie plicule\u021be de ceai, fie frunze libere \u0219i po\u021bi ajusta gustul dup\u0103 preferin\u021be.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Pentru a face ceai negru, mai \u00eent\u00e2i fierbe apa.
