Exist\u0103 dou\u0103 mari categorii, iar fiecare cuprinde numeroase grade de calitate:&nbsp;<strong>frunze \u00eentregi<\/strong>&nbsp;(\u00eencep\u00e2nd de la cel mai bun, SFTGFOP1 \u2013 Special Finest Tippy Golden Flowery Orange Pekoe 1, p\u00e2n\u0103 la OP \u2013 Orange Pekoe, cel mai mic grad din aceast\u0103 categorie) \u0219i&nbsp;<strong>frunze m\u0103run\u021bite<\/strong>&nbsp;(de la BOP \u2013 Broken Orange Pekoe p\u00e2n\u0103 la BS \u2013 Broken Souchong). De aici \u0219i supranumele de \u201c\u0219ampania ceaiurilor\u201d. Se serve\u0219te simplu, f\u0103r\u0103 lapte. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.planteea.ro\/produse\/?q=ceylon\">Ceylon<\/a>.&nbsp;<\/strong>Ceylon este vechea denumire a insulei Sri Lanka, unde primele culturi de ceai dateaz\u0103 de la jum\u0103tatea secolului al XIX-lea, fiind aduse de britanici din China. Este mai \u00eendr\u0103zne\u021b \u0219i mai tare dec\u00e2t majoritatea ceaiurilor negre Darjeeling, dar mai delicat dec\u00e2t un Assam obi\u0219nuit.
