Las\u0103-l a\u0219a peste noapte, sau 12 ore aproximativ. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A 2-a zi scurge tot lichidul \u0219i cl\u0103te\u0219te bine n\u0103utul \u00een 2-3 ape curate.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ad\u0103ug\u0103m n\u0103utul \u00een robotul de buc\u0103t\u0103rie, folosind lama S, \u00een 2 reprize, s\u0103 nu se blocheze lamele. \u00cel mut\u0103m \u00eentr-un bol mai mare \u0219i \u00eel l\u0103s\u0103m deocamdat\u0103 deoparte. \u00cen acela\u0219i robot punem tot p\u0103trunjelul, coriandrul, ceapa \u0219i usturoiul. Introducem blenderul vertical \u00een amestec p\u00e2n\u0103 ob\u021binem o textur\u0103 c\u00e2t mai fin\u0103. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Acum ad\u0103ug\u0103m \u00een pasta de n\u0103ut condimentele: &nbsp;1 linguri\u021b\u0103&nbsp;coriandru uscat m\u0103cinat,&nbsp;1 linguri\u021b\u0103&nbsp;boia dulce sau iute,&nbsp;0.5 linguri\u021b\u0103&nbsp;de chimion m\u0103cinat,&nbsp;0.5 linguri\u021b\u0103&nbsp;de piper negru m\u0103cinat \u0219i&nbsp;1 lingur\u0103&nbsp;de sare.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>La final adaug\u0103&nbsp;1 linguri\u021b\u0103&nbsp;de bicarbonat de sodiu \u0219i&nbsp;2 linguri&nbsp;de f\u0103in\u0103 alb\u0103.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Amestec\u0103 bine totul, compozi\u021bia final\u0103 de n\u0103ut trebuie s\u0103 fie moale \u0219i fin\u0103(dar s\u0103 nu curg\u0103!). Dac\u0103 cumva este mai usc\u0103cioas\u0103 \u0219i prea dens\u0103, mai adaug\u0103 pu\u021bin ulei de m\u0103sline \u0219i amestec\u0103.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Acoper\u0103 bolul cu capac sau folie \u0219i las\u0103 2-3 ore la frigider s\u0103 se p\u0103trund\u0103 aromele. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00cencinge bine uleiul \u00eentr-o crati\u021b\u0103 sau tigaie ad\u00e2nc\u0103, apoi modeleaz\u0103 repede chiftelele. Trebuie rumenite repede, la foc iute, periodic \u00eentorc\u00e2ndu-le cu spatula de pe o parte pe alta.
