P\u00e2n\u0103 c\u00e2nd s\u0103 ajung\u0103 s\u0103 fie folosit \u00een Occident, Psyllium era cunoscut de mii de ani \u00een India datorit\u0103 <strong>propriet\u0103\u021bilor sale laxative \u0219i diuretice<\/strong>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>S-a r\u0103sp\u00e2ndit ulterior \u00een toat\u0103 lumea, mai ales \u00een zona Mediteranei, \u00een vestul Asiei (Turcia, Iordania, Siria) \u0219i \u00een nordul Africii (\u00een Egipt). <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Suplimentarea dietei cu fibrele solubile din\u00a0<strong>t\u0103r\u00e2\u021bele de psyllium<\/strong> previn \u0219i trateaz\u0103<strong>\u00a0afec\u021biunilor colonului<\/strong>, precum diverticulita, <strong>sindromul de colon iritabil<\/strong> sau afec\u021biuni inflamatorii ale intestinului gros. Este o surs\u0103 concentrat\u0103 de\u00a0<strong>fibre<\/strong>, compuse \u00een principal din\u00a0<strong>hemiceluloze<\/strong>. Diverse studii au indicat faptul c\u0103 participan\u021bii c\u0103ror le-au fost administrate \u00eentre 10 \u0219i 40 de grame de\u00a0<em>Psyllium\u00a0<\/em>pe zi au consumat mai pu\u021bine calorii pe parcursul zilei dec\u00e2t cei c\u0103rora li s-au administrat granule placebo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Echilibrarea tensiunii arteriale<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.planteea.ro\/tarate-psyllium-100g-solaris-plant\/\">T\u0103r\u00e2\u021bele de&nbsp;Psyllium<\/a><\/strong><em>&nbsp;<\/em>au un efect dovedit \u00een preven\u021bia bolilor cardiovasculare, prin <strong>reducerea trigliceridelor \u0219i a tensiunii arteriale<\/strong>. \u00centr-o serie de cercet\u0103ri, subiec\u021biilor li s-a recomandat s\u0103 consume \u00eentre 5 \u0219i 15 grame de&nbsp;<em>Psyllium&nbsp;<\/em>pe zi, pentru o perioad\u0103 de \u0219ase p\u00e2n\u0103 la opt s\u0103pt\u0103m\u00e2ni. La finalul studiilor \u00eentreprinse, ace\u0219tia au avut un nivel al trigliceridelor \u0219i al tensiunii arteriale redus semnificativ fa\u021b\u0103 de punctul de referin\u021b\u0103.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u26a0\ufe0f <strong>NU se recomand\u0103 urmarea unei cure cu\u00a0Psyllium\u00a0\u00een timpul administr\u0103rii de antibiotice sau alte medicamente, \u00eentruc\u00e2t le-ar putea \u00eencetini absorb\u021bia.
