Stresul \u00eenseamn\u0103 mai mult dec\u00e2t at\u00e2t, este r\u0103spunsul organismului la situa\u021bii de pericol, real sau \u00eenchipuit, \u0219i este de fapt modul \u00een care organismul ne protejeaz\u0103. Inten\u021bia conteaz\u0103, cum s-ar zice \ud83d\ude42&nbsp; Stresul pe termen scurt este de fapt un lucru bun, pentru ca ne ajut\u0103 s\u0103 ne concentr\u0103m, s\u0103 fim mai aler\u021bi \u0219i mai energici.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Problemele apar atunci c\u00e2nd stresul se prelunge\u0219te \u0219i devine cronic. Asta se \u00eent\u00e2mpl\u0103 din cauza c\u0103 sistemul nervos nu face diferen\u021ba \u00eentre amenin\u021b\u0103ri fizice \u0219i amenin\u021b\u0103ri emo\u021bionale. In func\u021bie de nivelul de stres, ne putem orienta chiar c\u0103tre un <strong>psihoterapeut<\/strong>. Mentolul, unul dintre principalii compu\u0219i activi din ment\u0103, are propriet\u0103\u021bi analgezice \u0219i antispastice, ceea ce ajut\u0103 la calmarea mu\u0219chilor \u0219i a sistemului nervos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Stresul func\u021bioneaz\u0103 astfel: creierul identific\u0103 un semnal din mediul \u00eenconjur\u0103tor, pe care apoi \u00eel interpreteaz\u0103 ca factor de stres.
