Florile \u0219i pomii fructiferi ar fi condamna\u021bi la dispari\u021bie daca nu ar mai exista transportatorii de polen, cum sunt albinele. Acestea \u00ee\u0219i umplu s\u0103cule\u021bul de polen \u0219i \u00eel depoziteaz\u0103 \u00een stup pentru hrana lor zilnic\u0103. Acest produs miraculos al stupului este extrem de apreciat pentru calit\u0103\u021bile sale nutritive. De altfel, <strong>Ministerul S\u0103n\u0103t\u0103\u021bii din Germania<\/strong> l-a recunoscut ca <strong>medicament<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Polenul<\/strong> era utilizat \u00eenc\u0103 din antichitate de egipteni \u0219i chinezi ca <strong>remediu natural <\/strong>\u0219i pentru \u00eentre\u021binerea organismului. \u00cen medicina tradi\u021bional\u0103 chinez\u0103 se consider\u0103 c\u0103 <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.planteea.ro\/apicole\/polen-crud\/\">polenul este un tonic nutritiv \u0219i un energizant<\/a><\/strong>, fiind utilizat pentru cre\u0219terea rezisten\u021bei la efort, pentru recuperarea dup\u0103 boal\u0103, reglarea digestiei, prevenirea rahitismului la copii, a c\u0103derii p\u0103rului, sc\u0103derea infertilit\u0103\u021bii la femei sau prevenirea bolilor infec\u021bioase \u0219i chiar a <strong>cancerului<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>\u00cen fiecare bobi\u021b\u0103 de polen exist\u0103 peste 2 milioane de granule de polen, iar \u00eentr-o linguri\u021b\u0103 peste 2,5 miliarde.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-curiozita\u021bi-despre-polen\">Curiozit\u0103\u021bi despre polen<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Polenul nu poate fi sintetizat \u00een laborator<\/strong>. Se \u0219tie doar c\u0103 albinele adaug\u0103 acel \u201eceva\u201d misterios care poate fi chiar motivul pentru care polenul are efecte spectaculoase \u00een diverse afec\u021biuni ale omului.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Polenul crud este hrana puietului, a albinelor tinere \u015fi con\u021bine \u00een propor\u021bie de 40% proteine.&nbsp;Polenul de albine&nbsp;reprezint\u0103 celulele reproduc\u0103toare masculine (game\u021bi) din flori. De asemenea, con\u021bine enzime digestive provenite de la albine.<br><strong>Elementele proteice din polen sunt esen\u021biale vie\u021bii<\/strong> \u00eentruc\u00e2t organismul nu le poate sintetiza singur. Mai mult, \u00een polen, exist\u0103 cantit\u0103\u021bi semnificative de acizi nucleici, \u00een special ribonucleici.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Carbohidra\u021bii digerabili apar \u00een polen \u00een cantitate de aproximativ 30,8% \u00een medie. Mai rar \u00eel g\u0103se\u0219ti crud (congelat) sau proasp\u0103t. Cel mai valoros este&nbsp;<strong>polenul&nbsp;proasp\u0103t<\/strong>, prin uscare se pierde o bun\u0103 parte din valorile sale nutritive \u0219i terapeutice. Congelarea este o metod\u0103 bun\u0103 de conservare, astfel polenul pierde pu\u021bine procente din calit\u0103\u021bile sale. Caut\u0103-l pe cel proasp\u0103t \u00een sezonul activ al albinelor, sau pe cel congelat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.planteea.ro\/polen-crud-iarba-neagra-230g-apiland\/\">Polenul crud se p\u0103streaz\u0103 la congelator<\/a><\/strong>, la temperaturi cuprinse \u00eentre <strong>-5\u00baC \u0219i -18\u00baC.<\/strong> Rezist\u0103 p\u00e2n\u0103 la 5 zile \u00een afara congelatorului, \u00een ambalajul original, \u0219i p\u00e2n\u0103 la 10 zile \u00een frigider, dup\u0103 desigilare, f\u0103r\u0103 s\u0103 \u00ee\u0219i piard\u0103 din propriet\u0103\u021bi.<br>De\u0219i se p\u0103streaz\u0103 la congelator, polenul crud de iarb\u0103 neagr\u0103 nu \u00eenghea\u021b\u0103 datorit\u0103 con\u021binutului s\u0103u sc\u0103zut de ap\u0103 (aproximativ 8-10%). Ajut\u0103 \u0219i la diminuarea poftei de m\u00e2ncare.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Pentru refacerea<\/strong> organismului sau caren\u021be alimentare, se ia dup\u0103 mas\u0103.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Pentru o bun\u0103 absorb\u021bie<\/strong>, se recomand\u0103 dizolvarea \u00een pu\u021bin\u0103 zeam\u0103 de l\u0103m\u00e2ie. Se bea un pahar mare de ap\u0103 dup\u0103 administrare.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Se poate amesteca \u00een smoothie-uri<\/strong> \u0219i \u00een sucuri de fructe la micul dejun.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Nu se recomand\u0103 administrarea seara<\/strong>, pentru c\u0103 este energizant.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Se p\u0103streaz\u0103 obligatoriu la congelator<\/strong>. Propriet\u0103\u021bile se p\u0103streaz\u0103 doar 10 zile \u00een frigider.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-full is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.planteea.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/05\/image-18.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-3494\" width=\"578\" height=\"427\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.planteea.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/05\/image-18.png 677w, https:\/\/www.planteea.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/05\/image-18-500x369.png 500w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 578px) 100vw, 578px\" \/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Polenul crud: studii clinice<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Studiile&nbsp;au relevat c\u0103 <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.planteea.ro\/polen-crud-iarba-neagra-230g-apiland\/\">polenul poate spori abilit\u0103\u021bile de detoxifiere ale ficatului<\/a><\/strong>. \u00cen cazul subiec\u021bilor mai \u00een v\u00e2rst\u0103, polenul a stimulat ap\u0103rarea <strong>antioxidant\u0103<\/strong> a ficatului \u0219i a \u00eendep\u0103rtat mai multe produse reziduale, cum ar fi malondialdehida \u0219i ureea din s\u00e2nge.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Alte&nbsp;studii&nbsp;au demonstrat c\u0103 <strong>antioxidan\u021bii din polen<\/strong> protejeaz\u0103 ficatul \u00eempotriva daunelor cauzate de mai multe substan\u021be toxice, inclusiv \u00een cazul <strong>supradozajelor de medicamente<\/strong>. Polenul favorizeaz\u0103 \u0219i <strong>regenerarea ficatului<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cercet\u0103torii au demonstrat c\u0103 exist\u0103 o substan\u021b\u0103 \u00een polenul de albine care inhib\u0103 dezvoltarea numeroaselor bacterii d\u0103un\u0103toare. Experimentele au ar\u0103tat c\u0103 <strong>polenul de albine con\u021bine un factor antibiotic eficient \u00eempotriva Salmonellei&nbsp;\u0219i a unor tulpini de bacterii<\/strong>.<br>La nivel clinic, studiile au demonstrat c\u0103 un <strong>efect de reglare a func\u021biei intestinale<\/strong> poate fi atribuit polenului albinelor. De asemenea, <strong>polenul normalizeaz\u0103 nivelul colesterolului \u0219i al trigliceridelor din s\u00e2nge<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Unul dintre cele mai importante studii despre polen care a fost publicat \u015fi \u00een <strong>Journal of the National Cancer Institute<\/strong>, arat\u0103 eficien\u021ba utiliz\u0103rii polenului pentru <strong>\u00eent\u00e2rzierea apari\u021biei tumorilor mamare<\/strong>. Studiul a fost realizat pe \u0219oareci de laborator, iar rezultatele excep\u021bionale ob\u021binute au uluit cercet\u0103torii.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Polenul abund\u0103 \u00eentr-o mare varietate de <strong>antioxidan\u021bi<\/strong>, printre care <strong>flavonoide, carotenoide, quercetin\u0103, kaempferol \u0219i glutation<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Antioxidan\u021bii<\/strong> protejeaz\u0103 \u00eempotriva moleculelor poten\u021bial d\u0103un\u0103toare numite radicali liberi.
