Fiind neprajita si netrecuta prin procesul chimic de ardere, cafeaua verde este un adjuvant natural pentru organism, ajutandu-l sa functioneze in parametrii normali. <\/span><!--more--><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Cafeaua verde este cunoscuta, in primul rand, datorita beneficiilor majore pe care le are, fiind un remediu natural pentru arderea caloriilor intr-un timp cat mai scurt. Iar, pentru a te bucura de aceste beneficii, trebuie sa stii cum si cat este recomandat sa consumi <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.planteea.ro\/cafea-verde\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">cafea verde<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Pentru inceput, trebuie sa stii ca un consum regulat de cafea verde poate regla metabolismul, poate preveni cancerul si lupta impotriva radicalilor liberi. Are un continut ridicat de cafeina, stimulent care ajuta atat la pierderea kilogramelor in plus, dar si un stimulent care functioneaza ca un tonic, pentru activitatea cerebrala. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Este recomandata de catre specialisti in doze mici, aproximativ 350 mg, de doua ori pe zi, impreuna cu un stil de viata sanatos, care sa includa sport, dar si o alimentatie potrivita.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Cum se consuma cafeaua verde<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Cafeaua verde macinata este cea mai consumata forma datorita usurintei cu care se prepara, dar si gustului inconfundabil. O alta forma de cafea verde intalnita fiind cea boabe. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Indiferent de tipul cafelei alese, macinata sau boabe, aceasta se prepara diferit fata de cafeaua neagra, nu se fierbe, ci este recomandata prin infuzie. La o cana de dimensiune medie sunt recomandate 2, 3 lingurite de cafea macinata, impreuna cu apa fierbinte, lasata la infuzat timp de 4 minute. Este recomandata metoda infuzarii tocmai datorita faptului ca nu isi pierde antioxidantii din compozitie. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Daca iti doresti sa slabesti, cafeaua verde se consuma cu o jumatate de ora inainte de masa, in cazul primelor doua mese ale zilei, la micul dejun si pranz, pe stomacul gol. Doua cesti sunt suficiente, mai ales ca nu este recomandat sa faci exces, din cauza acidului clorogenic din compozitia cafelei.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Pentru a nu te plictisi de acelasi gust in fiecare zi, ii poti imbunatatii gustul cafelei, adaugand scortisoara, ghimbir sau menta. Pentru prepararea cafelei verzi cu ghimbir, ai nevoie de: 2 sau trei lingurite de cafea verde macinata, un varf de lingurita de pudra de ghimbir, dar si apa fierbinte. Se lasa la infuzat tot o perioada scurta, aproximativ 2-3 minute, dupa care se consuma.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Cafeaua verde se poate consuma calda, dar si rece, in functie de preferinte, iar, pentru rezultate vizibile, nu este recomandat sa adaugi indulcitori, zahar sau miere. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Consumul de cafea verde este eficient datorita faptului ca ofera mai repede senzatia de satietate, suprima apetitul si astfel vei manca doar atat cat organismul are nevoie.
