Tulpina are culoare verde sau ro\u0219ie, florile sunt de un ro\u0219u intens, \u00een timp ce fructul are o form\u0103 unic\u0103, asemeni unei capsule cu \u021bepi, menit\u0103 s\u0103 protejeze semin\u021bele bogate \u00een ulei din interior. Acesta dispune de o concentra\u021bie generoas\u0103 de\u00a0<strong>acizi gra\u0219i nesatura\u021bi<\/strong>, fiind cunoscut pentru propriet\u0103\u021bile sale<strong>\u00a0antioxidante<\/strong>\u00a0\u0219i\u00a0<strong>antiinflamatorii<\/strong>. India este responsabil\u0103 pentru mai mult de 90% din exporturile de ulei de ricin la nivel global.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A devenit popular  datorit\u0103 beneficiilor sale extraordinare \u00een \u00eengrijirea p\u0103rului \u0219i a pielii, \u00eens\u0103 mai pu\u021bin cunoscut este faptul c\u0103\u00a0<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.planteea.ro\/ulei-ricin-100ml-seva-plant\/\">uleiul de ricin<\/a><\/strong> este un adev\u0103rat remediu pentru o serie larg\u0103 de afec\u021biuni, atunci c\u00e2nd este administrat la nivel intern<strong>.<\/strong> Propriet\u0103\u021bile acestui produs natural sunt recunoscute \u00eenc\u0103 din Antichitate!<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-full is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.planteea.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/04\/image-68.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-3449\" width=\"514\" height=\"343\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.planteea.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/04\/image-68.png 1200w, https:\/\/www.planteea.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/04\/image-68-500x333.png 500w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 514px) 100vw, 514px\" \/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Compozi\u021bia \u0219i propriet\u0103\u021bile uleiului de ricin<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Principalul compus prezent \u00een uleiul de ricin este acidul ricinoleic, un acid gras trigliceridic, cu numeroase \u00eentrebuin\u021b\u0103ri pe plan cosmetic \u0219i medical. Procentul de acid ricinoleic din uleiul de ricin este de p\u00e2n\u0103 la 90%, restul de 10% fiind reprezentat de:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Vitamina E;<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Omega 6, Omega 9;<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Aminoacizi;<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Fitosteroli;<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Flavonoide<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Dat\u0103 fiind aceast\u0103 compozi\u021bie, se pot distinge numeroasele propriet\u0103\u021bi pe care le are uleiul de ricin, ceea ce-i ofer\u0103 multiple roluri \u00een produsele pentru \u00eengrijire personal\u0103, precum \u0219i \u00een cele cu scop curativ. Majoritatea acestor propriet\u0103\u021bi se datoreaz\u0103 acidului ricinoleic, care se dovede\u0219te a fi un compus deosebit de important. A\u0219adar, <strong>propriet\u0103\u021bile uleiului de ricin<\/strong> sunt urm\u0103toarele:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Dezinfectant \u0219i antimicrobian;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Antiinflamator, ceea ce \u00eel face util \u00een afec\u021biunile articulare;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Antioxidant &#8211; protejeaz\u0103 organismul de ac\u021biunea nociv\u0103 a radicalilor liberi;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Purgativ, dat de acidul ricinoleic, care produce relaxarea pere\u021bilor intestinului;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Hipoglicemiant;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Emolient &#8211; ac\u021bioneaz\u0103 asupra \u021besuturilor, devenind, astfel, utilizat \u00een produsele destinate \u00eengrijirii pielii;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Efectul stimulator asupra musculaturii netede, \u00een special la nivelul uterului, fiind folosit, uneori, pentru inducerea travaliului la gravide.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-full is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.planteea.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/04\/image-69.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-3450\" width=\"510\" height=\"340\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.planteea.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/04\/image-69.png 600w, https:\/\/www.planteea.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/04\/image-69-500x333.png 500w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 510px) 100vw, 510px\" \/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Ulei de ricin \u2013 beneficii pentru sistemul imunitar<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.planteea.ro\/ulei-ricin-100ml-seva-plant\/\"><strong>Uleiul de ricin<\/strong><\/a> sprijin\u0103 sistemul limfatic al organismului, acesta fiind unul dintre principalele motive pentru care uleiul de ricin are efecte puternice de \u00eembun\u0103t\u0103\u021bire a imunit\u0103\u021bii. Sistemul limfatic este r\u0103sp\u00e2ndit \u00een tot organismul \u00een structuri tubulare mici. In momentul \u00een care la nivelul sistemului limfatic se produc probleme (sau se dezvolt\u0103 edem, caracterizat printr-o reten\u021bie de lichide \u0219i toxine), riscul s\u0103 apar\u0103 probleme circulatorii este foarte mare.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Explica\u021bia este c\u0103 sistemul circulator limfatic colaboreaz\u0103 \u00een mod direct cu sistemul circulator cardiovascular pentru a p\u0103stra nivelul de s\u00e2nge \u0219i de lichid limfatic \u00eentr-un echilibru optim.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Potrivit Institutului Na\u021bional al Inimii, Pl\u0103m\u00e2nilor \u0219i S\u00e2ngelui din SUA<\/strong>, \u201cexist\u0103 tot mai multe dovezi care demonstreaz\u0103 faptul c\u0103 sistemul limfatic influen\u021beaz\u0103 s\u0103n\u0103tatea mai multor organe, \u00een special inima, pl\u0103m\u00e2nii \u0219i creierul\u201d. Acestea fiind spuse, uleiul de ricin poate \u00eembun\u0103t\u0103\u021bi func\u021bionarea sistemului limfatic prin faptul c\u0103 asigur\u0103 o mai bun\u0103 circula\u021bie sanguin\u0103 \u0219i prin faptul c\u0103 men\u021bine sau \u00eembun\u0103t\u0103\u021be\u0219te s\u0103n\u0103tatea organelor vitale, cum ar fi inima.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Previne constipa\u021bia \u0219i elimin\u0103 parazi\u021bii intestinali<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>De\u0219i are un gust puternic \u0219i destul de nepl\u0103cut, uleiul de ricin se utilizeaz\u0103 intern, la recomandarea medicului, ca tratament \u00eempotriva <strong>constipa\u021biei<\/strong> \u0219i a <strong>parazi\u021bilor intestinali<\/strong>. Terapia \u00een cazul parazi\u021bilor intestinali presupune administrarea uleiului de ricin \u00een paralel cu semin\u021be de dovleac. Astfel, diminea\u021ba, pe stomacul gol se iau c\u00e2te 100-200 g de <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.planteea.ro\/seminte-pt-consum\/seminte-dovleac\/\">semin\u021be de dovleac<\/a><\/strong>, dup\u0103 care se iau <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.planteea.ro\/ulei-ricin-100ml-seva-plant\/\">1-2 linguri de ulei de ricin<\/a><\/strong>. Dintre toate bacteriile stafilococice, Staphylococcus aureus este considerat\u0103 cea mai periculoas\u0103. Acest microorganism foarte r\u0103sp\u00e2ndit poate provoca infec\u021bii cutanate u\u0219oare sau grave \u0219i alte simptome specifice infec\u021biei cu stafilococ.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Ulei de ricin \u2013 beneficii pentru pacien\u021bii cu artrit<\/strong>\u0103<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Persoanele care sufer\u0103 de\u00a0<strong>artrit\u0103<\/strong>\u00a0pot folosi ulei de ricin ca tratament natural pentru dureri, umflaturi \u0219i inflama\u021bii ale articula\u021biilor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Uleiul de ricin poate fi un <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.planteea.ro\/uleiuri-presate-la-rece\/ulei-ricin\/\">ulei ideal pentru masaj<\/a><\/strong>. Opre\u0219te focul, pune plicule\u021bul de ceai \u0219i las\u0103 la infuzat 1 minut. Strecoar\u0103 mixul, adaug\u0103 uleiul de ricin \u0219i amestec\u0103 bine.
