Compus\u0103 \u00een cea mai mare parte din glucide, urmate de ap\u0103, proteine, vitamina C, c\u00e2teva vitamine din complexul B, acid folic, substan\u021be minerale, enzime, antioxidan\u0163i \u015fi antibiotice naturale. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Glucidele din miere sunt de trei tipuri: fructoz\u0103, glucoz\u0103 \u015fi zaharoz\u0103, iar \u00een func\u021bie de tipul de miere sau de regiunea geografic\u0103, propor\u021biile acestor glucide pot fi diferite.
