Este cel mai cunoscut sub forma de <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.planteea.ro\/ceai-cafea-cacao\/ceai-ghimbir\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">ceai de ghimbir<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> si <\/span><b>iata de ce ar trebui sa te obisnuiesti sa il bei zilnic. <\/b><!--more--><\/p>\n<p><b>Reduce greturile matinale<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. Ceaiul de ghimbir consumat in fiecare zi te poate ajuta sa scapi de starile neplacute pe care le ai, mai ales dimineata. Daca esti insarcinata si ai greturi in fiecare dimineata, trebuie sa stii ca ceaiul poate fi produsul de care ai nevoie, insa, inainte de a-l consuma, trebuie sa intrebi medicul daca este recomandat in cazul sarcinii tale.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><b>Imbunatateste refluxul gastroesofagian<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. Chiar daca este un condiment intepator la gust, are efecte benefice asupra organismului. Poate reduce acidul din stomac mult mai repede si mai bine, fata de orice alte medicamente folosite in acest sens. Are si rolul de a stimula digestia, imbunatatiind astfel functionarea intr-un mod optim a stomacului. Previne senzatiile de balonare, dar te scapa si de crampele si durerile de la nivelul stomacului. <\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><b>Are proprietati curative<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. Gustul si aroma specifica a ghimbirului este data de uleiurile volatile, care au rol analgezic si sedativ. Datorita continutului de fier, magneziu, calciu, carbohidrati, proteine, potasiu, seleniu, sodiu si complexului de vitamine C, E, B, consumul zilnic de ghimbir favorizeaza muschii gastrointestinali, care imbunatatesc digestia. <\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><b>Scade tensiunea<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. Ghimbirul imbunatateste circulatia sanguina din tot corpul si in acest fel ajuta si la relaxarea vaselor de sange. Previne formarea cheagurilor de sange si ajuta transportul de oxigen sa ajunga in toate organele vitale din corp. <\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><b>Reduce inflamatiile articulare<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. Ceaiul de ghimbir te poate ajuta si sa scapi de febra musculara aparuta in urma unui efort fizic depus, dar si de durerile de ingheieturi ori luxatii, entorse sau inflamatii locale. Ai nevoie doar sa iti faci comprese cu ghimbir si vei observa cum durerea iti trece aproape instant.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><b>Intareste sistemul imunitar.<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Din cauza schimbarilor bruste de temperatura, sistemul imunitar este primul afectat. Datorita antioxidantilor din compozitie, ceaiul de ghimbir consumat zilnic te poate ajuta sa previi afectiunile de sezon ori infectiile virale.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><b>Este foarte eficient impotriva cancerului<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. Ghimbirul este considerat un tratament impotriva cancerului, avand efect antitumoral in leucemii.
