Este o planta de referinta in medicina traditional\u0103 japoneza si chineza, acolo unde se foloseste invelisul samburelui, dar si frunzele. Frunzele de ginkgo biloba au o gama variata de beneficii pentru sanatate, iar printre cele mai importante sunt:<\/span><!--more--><\/p>\n<p><b>Trateaza depresia<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. Depresia, dar si schimbarile bruste de comportament pot avea un efect negativ asupra starii de spirit si actiunilor pe care le desfasori. <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.planteea.ro\/ginkgo-biloba\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ginkgo biloba<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> este un produs, care s-a dovedit a fi eficient deoarece, in primul rand \u00a0echilibreaza nivelul hormonal. Rezultatele sunt vizibile imediat, atat in cazul persoanelor varsnice, dar si persoanelor tinere, care sufera de depresie.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><b>Imbunatateste memoria<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. Un consum regulat de ginkgo biloba stimuleaza nivelul de oxigen din creier si mareste capacitatea de concentrare. Imbunatateste functiile sensibile ale creierului si mareste capacitatea de concentrare.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><b>Poate preveni bolile cardio vasculare, dar si accidentele vasculare cerebrale<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. Ajuta in reglarea colesterolului, intareste arterele si dilateaza vasele de sange, contribuind astfel la o buna oxigenare si functionare a organismului. <\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><b>Poate ameliora simptomele schizofreniei.<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Consumata in mod regulat impreuna cu alte medicamente antipsihotice, ginkgo biloba poate avea efectul de a reduce simptomele severe dischineziei tardive. De asmenea, poate avea si rolul de a reduce efectele adverse, care pot aparea din cauza medicamentelor antipsihotice.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><b>Imbunatateste vederea<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. Cauza cea mai intalnita de orbire este glaucomul, iar consumul regulat de ginkgo biloba poate imbunatati in vederea acestei cauze. De asemenea, in cazul persoanelor care sufera de diabet si au retina afectata, extractul de ginkgo biloba poate imbunatati vizibil aceasta afectiune. <\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><b>Amelioreaza durerile premenstruale<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. Pentru a scapa de durerile premenstruale, consuma ginkgo biloba incepand cu ziua a 16-a a menstruatiei si pana cand ajungi in ziua a 5-a din menstruatia urmatoare. Consumul regulat poate ameliora si sensibilitatea de la nivelul sanilor in perioada ciclului menstrual. <\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Consumul de ginkgo biloba se poate face atat sub forma de ceaiuri, cat si sub forma unor suplimente alimentare, unguente si tincturi.
