Folosit de multe ori si ca planta medicinala, ghimbirul are o utilizare variata si poate fi folosit atat la prepararea bauturilor, cat si in diferite preparate culinare pentru a le condimenta gustul, ori pentru a le conserva.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Rizomul de ghimbir nu are o forma dreapta, exacta, ci are o forma noduroasa, neuniforma. Aroma ghimbirului proaspat este putin intepatoare la gust si usor picanta, in timp ce ghimbirul uscat sub forma fulgilor de porumb ori pudra, are un gust mai moderat si este foarte putin sensibil.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ghimbirul proaspat se poate pastra atat intr-un loc racoros, dar nu umed, pana la 10 zile, dar si in frigider, in congelator, necuratat, pana la trei saptamani.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Care sunt beneficiile ghimbirului si la ce il putem folosi<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ghimbirul nu ar trebui sa lipseasca din nicio casa datorita numeroaselor beneficii pe care le aduce organismului, asa ca, iata care sunt cele mai importante:<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Trateaza raceala si gripa.<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Ghimbirul are proprietati antiinflamatorii si antiseptice, decongestionand caile nazale superioare. Ajuta si la ameliorarea tusei deoarece umezeste mucoasa gatului, favorizand expectoratia. Datorita proprietatilor analgezice, consumul de ghimbir in mod regulat, reduce senzatiile de durere si ajuta la reducerea stresului.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Trateaza afectiunile respiratorii.<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Problemele respiratorii cauzate de alergii pot fi tratate cu ajutorul ghimbirului deoarece acesta curata plamanii si este eficient in tusea expectoranta. Poti folosi atat ghimbir proaspat, cat si uscat, dar cel mai indicat, pentru a trata afectiunile respiratorii este sa folosesti infuzia de ghimbir, care poate tonifica sistemul imunitar si, de asemenea, poate trata tusea, iritatiile gatului sau bronsita. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Imbunatateste digestia.<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Consumul ceaiului de ghimbir ajuta la cresterea absorbtiei substantelor nutritive din alimente, imbunatatind digestia intr-un timp scurt. Datorita acestui aspect, vei scapa si de senzatia de balonare ori de prea plin, dupa ce ai mancat.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Imbunatateste circulatia sangelui.<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> O circulatie normala a sangelui reduce riscul aparitiei bolilor ori afectiunilor cardiovasculare. Ceaiul de ghimbir contine aminoacizi, vitamine, minerale, care pot ajuta circulatia sangelui intr-un mod pozitiv. Impiedica depunerile de grasime si totodata scade riscul accidentelor vasculare cerebrale. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Intareste imunitatea si are efect anti stres<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. Datorita cantitatii ridicate de antioxidanti, ceaiul de ghimbir ajuta la imbunatatirea sistemului imunitar. Are proprietati calmante, ceea ce face din ceaiul de ghimbir un adevarat adjuvant in scaderea tensiunii arteriale, dar si a stresului. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Combate greata<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. Daca esti o persoana sensibila, care se lupta cu starile de greata inainte de orice calatorie sau ai rau de miscare, atunci ceaiul de ghimbir este solutia.
