Este o bautura recomandata pentru a preveni aparitia diferitelor tumori.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Consumul de ceai se stabileste in functie de organismul fiecarei persoane in parte, tocmai din acest motiv este indicat sa ai recomandarea unui nutritionist ori fitoterapeut deoarece cantitatea difera si nu este una standard. Poti bea de la 3 pana la 5 cani pe zi, in functie de cum te simti. Indicat este sa bei inainte de masa, atat dimineata, cat si la pranz.
