Cre\u0219te p\u00e2n\u0103 la o \u00een\u0103l\u021bime de 20 metri, produce flori galbene\/albe \u0219i are frunze aromatice, ovale. Principalul produc\u0103tor este <strong>Indonezia, cu 70\u201380% din produc\u021bia mondial\u0103<\/strong>, urmat\u0103 de&nbsp;Madagascar,&nbsp;Tanzania,&nbsp;Sri Lanka&nbsp;\u0219i altele.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00cen \u021bara de provenien\u021b\u0103, Indonezia, cui\u0219oarele sunt rareori utilizate ca plant\u0103 culinar\u0103 \u2013 \u00een schimb, sunt zdrobite \u0219i fumate \u00een \u021big\u0103ri. <strong>Inven\u021bia apar\u021bine lui Haji Jamahri \u0219i dateaz\u0103 de la \u00eenceputul anilor 1880<\/strong>. Se spune c\u0103 \u00eensu\u0219i <strong>Magelan<\/strong> s-a \u00eentors \u00een 1522 \u00eenc\u0103rcat cu nuc\u0219oar\u0103 \u015fi cui\u0219oare, spre deliciul spaniolilor. Pe limb\u0103, ve\u021bi detecta dulcea\u021b\u0103, am\u0103r\u0103ciune \u0219i astringen\u021b\u0103 (uscarea gurii), cu o cantitate notabil\u0103 de c\u0103ldur\u0103. Condimente calde similare includ nuc\u0219oara, scor\u021bi\u0219oara \u0219i piperul. Acestea sunt adesea combinate \u00eentr-un amestec pentru <strong>placinta de dovleac<\/strong>.
