Pozitia in topul \u201csubstantelor-minune\u201d se datoreaza, insa, si multiplelor beneficii pe care aceasta le are pentru sanatate. <\/span><!--more--><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Consumul regulat de <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.planteea.ro\/cafea-verde\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">cafea verde<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> a fost asociat cu scaderea riscului de boli neurologice, prevenirea aparitiei bolilor cardiace, precum si impiedicarea imbatranirii premature. Dincolo de acestea, exista multe motive pentru care ar trebui sa includem cafeaua verde in dieta zilnica.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><b>Cafeaua verde este o sursa bogata de antioxidanti. <\/b><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Acestia ajuta la diminuarea efectelor daunatoare ale radicalilor liberi nocivi, care se regasesc in organismul nostru. Mai multe studii au concluzionat faptul ca boabele de cafea verde neprelucrate contin acid clorogenic 100% pur, care este cunoscut ca fiind inamicul kilogramelor in plus. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">De asemenea, expertii spun ca radicalii liberi reprezinta factori care pot influenta dezvoltarea unor boli precum cancerul si ateroscreloza. In plus, antioxidantii care se regasesc in boabele de cafea verde joaca un rol important in prevenirea bolilor de inima, a Alzheimerului, a artritei etc.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><b>2. Consumul regulat de cafea verde imbunateste activitatea cerebrala.<\/b><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Un studiu recent realizat in Louisiana a demonstrat faptul ca acidul clorogenic din boabele de cafea poate reducem riscul de degenerare a creierului. In general, cafeaua are proprietati de prevenire a bolii Alzheimer si a altor tipuri de boli care afecteaza activitatea cerebrala.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Cofeina din cafeaua verde are de asemenea un efect benefic asupra nivelului proteinei Tau care poate conduce la declinul cognitiv.
