Acest lucru este datorat faptului ca siropul de artar ofera beneficii organismului, datorita antioxidantilor, vitaminelor si mineralelor pe care le contine.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Siropul de artar poate fi un substitut al zaharului in orice reteta. De regula, trei sferturi dintr-o cana de <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.planteea.ro\/indulcitori\/sirop-artar\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">sirop de artar<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> poate inlocui cu succes o cana intreaga de zahar. Siropul de artar este de trei ori mai dulce decat zaharul rafinat si, cel mai important, are mai putine calorii.<\/span><!--more--><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Un alt lucru care recomanda utilizarea siropului de artar la gatit este faptul ca are un indice glicemic scazut, ceea ce il face un indulcitor ideal pentru persoanele care au diabet.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Siropul de artar organic pe langa faptul ca este dulce, contine vitamine, minerale si antioxidanti.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Siropul de artar poate fi folosit in loc de zahar in aproape orice reteta. Este necesar doar sa stii cat sirop de artar vei adauga in locul cantitatii de zahar mentionata in reteta. Este ideal sa folosesti \u00be dintr-o ceasca cu sirop de artar in locul unei cesti de zahar.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In cazul procesului de coacere este bine sa setezi temperatura la aproximativ 25 de grade. Este necesar sa o micsorezi, pentru ca siropul de artar se caramelizeaza la o temperatura mai scazuta decat in cazul zaharului.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><b>Gradele siropului de artar<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Siropul de artar este clasificat in 3 clase, singura diferenta intre clasificarea americana si cea canadiana este terminologia. Sistemul american numeste aceste clase A, B, C, in timp ce sistemul canadian utilizeaza cifrele 1, 2, 3.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Clasificarea se bazeaza pe transluciditatea siropului de artar, ceea ce inseamna cantitatea de lumina transmisa prin exemplarul de sirop de artar. Producatorii folosesc un instrument de masurare special pentru transluciditatea siropului de artar. Pentru a fi clasificat, fiecare esantion de sirop de artar trebuie sa indeplineasca urmatoarele cerinte:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">nu are voie sa fermenteze<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">trebuie sa aiba culoare clara si uniforma<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">este necesar sa aiba o aroma de artar tipica pentru gradul sau de culoare.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Siropul de artar de gradul B este ideal pentru gatit si coacere, transmisia de lumina este intre 27% si 43.9%, are gust puternic si culoare inchisa.
