Al\u0103turi de <strong>vitamina E <\/strong>\u0219i <strong>beta-carotenioide<\/strong>, <strong>seleniul este un puternic agent antioxidant<\/strong>, care lupt\u0103 \u00eempotriva <strong>\u00eemb\u0103tr\u00e2nirii premature<\/strong> \u0219i a <strong>radicalilor liberi<\/strong>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Seleniul este unul dintre <strong>micronutrien\u021bii <\/strong>cu <strong>propriet\u0103\u021bi antivirale<\/strong> puternice, fiind folosit \u0219i \u00een tratamentul pacien\u021bilor afecta\u021bi de <strong>virusul HIV\/SIDA<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-ce-este-important-sa-cunoa\u0219tem-despre-seleniu\">Ce este important s\u0103 cunoa\u0219tem despre seleniu ?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Seleniul<\/strong> este un <strong>mineral esen\u021bial<\/strong> \u00een organismul uman, cu rol <strong>antioxidant<\/strong>, asem\u0103n\u0103tor <strong>vitaminei E<\/strong>, fiind parte a unei enzime care leag\u0103 radicalii liberi ce rezult\u0103 \u00een urma distrugerii acizilor gra\u0219i de c\u0103tre oxigen. \u00cen plus, seleniul sus\u021bine <strong>imunitatea<\/strong> \u0219i particip\u0103 \u0219i la formarea <strong>hormonului tiroidian<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Seleniul se g\u0103se\u0219te \u00een \u021besuturile umane, \u00een special \u00een mu\u0219chii scheletici.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Exista o mul\u021bime de alimente care con\u021bin seleniu. Printre acestea se num\u0103ra nucile de Brazilia, fructele de mare \u0219i carnea. Cantitatea de seleniu con\u021binut\u0103 de aceste alimente respective depinde de cele mai multe ori de concentra\u021bia de seleniu a solului si a apei in care fermierii au cultivat alimentele.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cercet\u0103rile mai noi au demonstrat existen\u021ba unei leg\u0103turi \u00eentre <strong>valorile sc\u0103zute de seleniu<\/strong> \u0219i <strong>hipertensiunea arterial\u0103<\/strong>, dereglarea metabolismului gr\u0103similor \u0219i apari\u021bia <strong>arteriosclerozei<\/strong>. Cele mai frecvente semne ale deficitului de seleniu sunt:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>sistem imunitar sl\u0103bit<\/strong><\/li><li><strong>oboseal\u0103<\/strong><\/li><li><strong>slabiciune muscular\u0103<\/strong><\/li><li><strong>infertilitate la b\u0103rba\u021bi \u0219i femei<\/strong><\/li><li><strong>cea\u021b\u0103 mental\u0103<\/strong><\/li><li><strong>pierderea p\u0103rului<\/strong><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Speciali\u0219tii estimeaz\u0103 ca <strong>1 miliard de oameni din \u00eentreaga lume se confrunta cu deficit de seleniu<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1. Oboseal\u0103<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Acest simptom nespecific este, din p\u0103cate, destul de comun \u00een ceea ce prive\u0219te deficien\u021bele de minerale.
